I am a 31-year-old dog lover living in Hertford, Hertfordshire, with my partner, who shares my love of dogs. I adore dogs of all sizes and breeds and have gained extensive experience growing up with boxers. One of our boxers was a rescue, which required me to adapt to her specific needs. This experience taught me valuable skills in patience, understanding, and tailored care.

Abigail looks after maple so well! Maple now gets so excited on the way to Abigail’s house! Abigail is so friendly, keeps in contact always and is so responsive. Also she has taken some lovely photos of Maple having the best time. I would recommend her so highly to look after any of your pups or pets!

Bella can be anxious but Abigail is very experienced and was incredibly understanding and accommodating of her needs and our requests. I felt completely confident leaving Bella in their care, Abigail let us know how she was doing and she had a very happy and relaxed stay! We feel very lucky to have found such kind people to look after her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abigail and James to anyone looking for a dog sitter, including those with anxious or reactive dogs :)

Schedule
My current role only requires me to be in the office once a week, which gives me a great deal of flexibility and allows me to spend plenty of time at home caring for dogs and giving them lots of attention.

Safety, trust & environment
We like to keep the dogs routine as similar as possible. We have spacious downstairs area and a fenced garden. Panshanger park is right on our doorstep so your dog can enjoy a good walk there!
A typical day
We can explore different areas around my house on long or short walks, whatever suits your dog best. Engaging activities like playtimes in the house and in the garden with any toys you provide.
