I currently only work 7-2 on weekends. Otherwise, I'm wide open and would love to run and play with your pets! We love treats and I'm a quick learner. Your routine, becomes my routine.

Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to get a play by play of each animal's daily life at home so I can most relate their stay with me in my home to it. From feeding times to walking times and even play times, I love to have a set schedule to make all our lives easier. Of course flexibility is a must, and I'm happy to follow any needs that are seen fit because the animal's well being is top priority.

Information Abigail R. would like to know about your pet
Just let me know any behavioral, environmental, or medicinal needs your pet has. I do prefer to have a crate for dogs at bedtime, just to be safe.
A typical day
We wake up, go outside to potty, eat breakfast together, and take a nice long walk! When we get back we have some down time, and then get the toys out to play. Another long walk in the evening after dinner is a must before bedtime!

Pet care experience
I started working with animals 8 years ago as a volunteer at a rescue barn. I've volunteered with about 3 other rescues and shelters, from walking dogs to monitoring health conditions. I just want to show all those little furry family members the love they deserve, and make sure they can be well taken care of if you are unable or temporarily absent.

Reviews

I had the worst experience of my life. I left my two dogs, including my healthy senior dog (Darth Vader, almost 16 years old). Neglect of Care and Cold Exposure: Upon picking him up on Monday, he was returned to me soaking wet and shaking uncontrollably, as the temperature was 49^{\circ}F. Leaving an elderly dog wet in these conditions is extremely dangerous and negligent. He was whining the entire time in the car and is still whining constantly at home, showing persistent distress. Use of Inappropriate Product: I was shocked to discover that he was bathed with dish soap (dish detergent), a product that is entirely inappropriate and harmful to a dog's skin and coat, especially a senior dog. Lack of Feeding and Hydration: I found a large portion of the pre-portioned food I had sent intact in his bag, indicating that my dogs were not properly fed and likely went thirsty over the weekend. This caregiver demonstrated a severe lack of basic pet care knowledge and gross negligence, putting my dog's safety and health at risk. I do not recommend her at all.

Abigail was great with our dog and very responsive anytime I reached out. I would book with her again.
I have used Abigail many times to dog sit my fur babies. She is wonderful and reliable! She is great with handling my 2 jack Russell's who are wild and energetic! I will use her again and again when I go out of town for work! She really is the best!
Abigail has cared for my dog several times and I couldn't be happier with her. The two immediately ''connected'' and became friends. Abigail has a way with animals and I wouldn't trust my 114 lb Rottie/Hound to anyone but her. I plan to use her again this Fall when I go on vacation.
