I'm currently part time so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups and tend to any other animals. Weekends always work the best for me since I do not work at all and give your pets 100% of my attention.

I'm very cautious and protective over animals and will do whatever it takes to make sure your pets are safe and healthy for your return. If housesitting, I always try to go the extra mile and leave the place better than I found it and can take care of the tasks you may not enjoy such as trimming their nails or grooming them while you are away.

I always like to know as much as possible about your animal going in to make sure the transition while you are away is as easy for them as it can be. Some information I find important is: -Are they friendly with other animals? -Any dietary restrictions -Treat limits -Afraid of storms or strangers -Any sensitive areas they do not like to be touched -Allowed on furniture or not -Who their vet is in case of an emergency -Are they allowed "people" food
A typical day
I have access to a private beach and it is one of my favorites places to go with dogs where we can enjoy playing fetch and maybe even splashing around in the water away from people and other dogs. Along with any local park where they can smell everything and play a game of fetch. If your dog is quite energetic, I also enjoy taking dogs on runs to give them that extra help releasing energy. I do try to avoid places with other dogs. Even if your dog is friendly I would hate for something to happen if there was an unexperienced owner not paying attention to their pup who isn't friendly (I've seen it too many times and simply want to keep your dog as safe as possible). That being said I am also strictly leash only unless we are in a fenced in area or in your yard to keep your dog as safe as I can. I provide long leashes for going to the beach and certain parks so your dog can still get exercise and enjoy games like fetch! Safe activities are fun activities!

Abigail has done drip-in visits for my dog multiple times now and always does a fantastic job! I can tell my dog is always happy to see her in the pictures that are sent. She is extremely reliable and always on time. She is always my first choice when looking for someone to keep an eye on my dog when out of town!
