I am currently living in an apartment with two other furry friends, a cat, and a dog! Both are friendly but space is limited. I am not able to care for other pets in the home as space is limited. I am able to take them out for long jaunts in the neighborhood and give plenty of care and attention along the way.
Information Abigail (Opal) R. would like to know about your pet
I have worked with a lot of foster dogs who were abused and need extra attention. It is helpful for me to know your dog's history beforehand so I know what to be prepared for. Anything such as a history of abuse, fears your dog may have, issues they may have from aging, etc. With proper communication I will be able to help give your dog the most comfortable experience possible.
A typical day
Your furbaby will enjoy games of fetch, tug of war, and the classic hide the treat & seek. I love to take my pup to various parks around town, Gillham, Hyde Park, Loose Park, and around the Nelson Atkins Museum. I know my girl loves this and I'm sure yours will too.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had horses, geese, cats, dogs, and chickens. I have a plethora of experience working with animals of all kinds. Bathing, walking, feeding, I have experience in it all. I am an experienced sitter who you can trust to take amazing care of your pup. I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle and go on fun adventures with dogs. Some people have told me I’m a dog whisperer at times… I have yet to prove them wrong.
