I am currently work mornings and afternoons. My work schedule can be unpredictable, but I do work up to 8hr shifts (rarely). I am typically scheduled from 6am-3pm, but am often off by 12-1. I’m an early riser and make sure to take pets out for a walk before I leave the house.

Due to unfortunate circumstances (my landlord) I am unable to pet sit at my own home. However I will diligently make sure to follow all expectations and guidelines you establish for your furry friends when watch/walk them at your place.

A typical day
I love to go on walks and hikes and will often go out on longer adventures on the weekends (with your permission). I also enjoy fetch and playing.

Pet care experience
I’m a responsible individual who’s passionate about caring for pets. I have been working with animals personally and professionally my whole life. I have experience with horses, chickens, donkeys, goats, hamsters, cats, oh and of course dogs. I have dog sat for friends in the past, love to babysit my parents senior pup, and have experience with a variety of different breeds and temperaments. For the last year I have been volunteering at the Corvallis humane society and have completed their training allowing me to work with more difficult dogs. I greatly enjoy walking and playing with the shelter puppies!

Abigail communicated well and took good care of Buttercup. She watched him during July 4th and kept us updated on his wellbeing. She also left the house as it was and cleaned up after herself. Definitely will use her again!
Abby was responsible and trustworthy. She took good care of our young and energetic dog, taking her on walks and play dates with other dogs. We arrived home from a week out of town and the house and yard had been well cared for. I would recommend her and would be happy to employ her again down the road.
I really appreciate the care and attention Abby has given to my senior dog for the last few years, both for dog sitting and dog walking. She has taken a genuine interest in her in order to understand her personality and accommodate her needs. She even took special care to lift her up and down stairs when she was recovering from an injury. Abby is reliable and responsible, and has the confidence and affection my dog needs. I’m always happy to call on her!
