My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved – just like they do when you’re home. I’m home most days, with a very flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets plenty of time, care, and attention. Occasionally, I step out for a couple of hours during the week with a client I support, but your pets will never be left alone for long stretches. Every animal has their own unique personality and needs. Whether they’re energetic and ready to play, or they prefer a calm companion to keep them company, I adapt to what makes each pet happiest. Walks, playtime, feeding, snuggles – whatever your pet needs, I’m here to provide it. Hi! I’m Abbie — a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I’ve worked on farms, raised dogs of my own, and regularly pet sit pups with a wide range of behaviors, including shy, anxious, high-energy, and senior dogs. I live a very active lifestyle and understand how important structure, affection, and consistency are for dogs. My own dog, Bear, is incredibly friendly, gentle, and well-socialized — he’s my little “ambassador” who helps nervous or energetic dogs settle in and feel at home. I’m used to managing multiple dogs at once, keeping play fair, safe, and positive, and making sure everyone gets the right amount of supervision, enrichment, and rest. Your dog will be treated like family here. I’m patient, intuitive, and attentive, and I make sure every pup gets individualized care — whether they need exercise and play, slow introductions, cuddles, or a calm, predictable routine. I’m comfortable with crate-trained dogs, leash training, medication administration, and adapting care to meet your dog’s unique needs. Above all, I provide a safe, loving home where dogs can relax, decompress, and feel understood. Abbie is absolutely amazing with Fizzgigg! Even though she moved further away, it's worth the extra drive knowing my baby is in such great hands! She keeps me updated with how he is doing throughout his entire stay, I get lots of pictures. Fizz adores playing with Bear, and they get along so well. Abbie will always be my top choice when I need a sitter.
Abigail was an amazing pet sitter! She watched my dog and cat for 4 days and was extremely communicative on how everything was going - I never had to worry with her there. She brought her dog Bear to play with mine and from the pictures, it looks like they became best friends. I will definitely be using Abigail anytime I go out of town - she was absolutely wonderful!

Schedule
I currently work four days a week with a consistent schedule. I’m completely off Thursday through Saturday, which gives me lots of time for boarding, house sitting, doggy day care, and longer stays. On my working days, I have three 8-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift, and I’m still able to provide reliable care before and after work. I also have an Alexa camera system that lets me check in on dogs throughout the day, so even when I’m briefly out of the house, your pup is still monitored and safe. For drop-ins and walks, I’m available: Early mornings Evenings All day Thursday–Saturday For boarding, I am home enough to maintain a stable, predictable routine for dogs who stay with me. I build each dog’s schedule around their individual needs, including potty breaks, exercise, feeding times, and crate routines if needed. I’m happy to discuss your dog’s specific schedule and make sure it fits seamlessly into mine — I’m very accommodating and want your pup to feel comfortable and cared for at all times. 🐾💛

I create a calm, structured, and supervised environment where every dog can relax, decompress, and feel secure — whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours. In My Home I maintain a clean, pet-friendly space with clear routines and safe boundaries. My dog, Bear, is extremely friendly, gentle, and well-socialized — he helps new dogs feel comfortable and models calm behavior. All introductions are controlled and tailored to the dog’s temperament. Dogs are never left unsupervised together, and I closely monitor play to keep things positive and safe. I can separate dogs when needed using baby gates, doors, and designated quiet spaces. Crates are welcome if your dog prefers that structure, and I follow whatever routine they’re used to at home. I also use an Alexa camera system for real-time check-ins when I’m briefly away, so your dog is still monitored and safe at all times. In Your Home I respect your space and follow your dog’s established routines to minimize stress. I maintain clear communication, stick to feeding and medication schedules, and ensure your pet has everything they need to feel comfortable and safe. Whether they need playtime, quiet time, walks, or structured care, I adapt to their personality. Overall Approach I’m patient, intuitive, and experienced with dogs of all temperaments — including anxious, high-energy, and special-needs pups. A typical day
I make sure every dog gets a mix of fun, exercise, and mental stimulation based on their age, energy level, and personality. Here’s what a typical stay or visit can include: 🏃♂️ Walks & Outdoor Time Regular walks, sniff breaks, and exploration so your dog can burn energy and enjoy fresh air. 🎾 Play Sessions Fetch, tug, chase games, or soft toy play — whatever your dog loves most. I keep play structured and safe, especially in multi-dog situations. 🧠 Mental Enrichment Puzzle toys, treat snuffle mats, basic training refreshers, and “find it” games to keep their minds sharp and reduce anxiety. 🐕 Social Time With Bear (If Comfortable) Bear, my friendly and well-socialized dog, helps new pups relax and teaches gentle play. If your dog prefers solo time, I respect that and keep interactions separate. 💤 Cozy Relaxation Time Cuddles on the couch, quiet resting areas, and calm decompression time when they need a break. 🚗 Adventure Options (When Allowed) If approved by you, I can take dogs on car rides for “sniff trips,” park walks, or easy adventures to give them a change of scenery. 📸 Cute Photo Updates I take lots of photos and videos so you can see your dog having fun, staying safe, and enjoying their visit. No matter what, I tailor each day to your dog’s comfort level. Some pups want high-energy activities, while others prefer snuggles and calm companionship — and I’m great at reading what each dog needs to feel happy and secure. 🐾💛
