I teach French online and adapt my schedule around your pet (for walks, feeding times, cuddle times..) I may pop out to the shops if needed or for a quick coffee with a friend if they are about and that is okay with you, but other than that I’m generally with them the whole time. If they enjoy a specific park or routine I’m happy to walk there or get a bus and train if the pet enjoys that.

I believe every home should be treated with care and respect like I would my own, and of course it be left as I found it. I am happy to clean up and do any additional tasks whilst I am pet sitting your home if needed. I am mindful of lights, heating ext (cost of a living these days is no joke). Forgot to get the clothes out the washer ? Plants need watering? Happy to help, just ask 😊

I bring treats wherever I go, so let me know if your pet has any dietary requirements and need any medication. It’s also useful to know how they interact with other animals so I know how to handle those situations, and if they are good of leash or not when walking.

Obviously each dog is different and have their own preferences. I like to stick to their usual routine, games and parks. I love to go on long walks and always take photos along the way to keep you in the loop. I try to find the closest park and stay off the roads as much as possible.

I grew up around animals my whole life, from dogs, cats to pigs and goats, I have always loved animals and treated them as part of the family. From a young age I bathed, groomed and walked my family cats and dogs. I am now a professional basketball player and worked with pet owners in different countries and cities throughout my career. I have recently moved to Darlington to settle down with my boyfriend and am looking forward to helping you with your pets and any care they may need. No task is too demanding or request too silly.

Abby was fantastic, and her regular photo and video updates gave us total peace of mind. Hugo clearly loved his stay, and we could see how well looked after and happy he was. Our dog Ralph’s first overnight stay at a dog sitter was yesterday with Abby, Jack & Callie. He had the best time, we were nervous with it being his first time away from us but Abby put us at ease sending lots of videos and photos throughout his stay. He had a blast playing with Callie and all the toys. Abigail took Ralph on lots of long walks & adventures, sticking to our schedule and routine for Ralph with walks & feeding times. Ralph had the best time. I would recommend Abigail’s dog sitting services to anyone! Will be booking in again. 🐶
My Lucy Loved staying with Abigail. Abigail followed my instructions for Lucy's care and updated me with lovely videos and pictures. Felt Good leaving my Furry baby with her. Lucy came home with exceptionally Good/Happy mood.
