Dog Owners, Dog Lovers🫶🏻🫶🏻

We’ve both grown up around dogs and have experience with all sorts of personalities, from small dogs to big, strong dogs, as well as rescue dogs who have been very nervous or anxious. We’re both tall and confident handling larger dogs too, so size definitely doesn’t put us off! More than anything, dogs are genuinely part of our family. We absolutely adore our own dog, Franklin, and know first-hand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person looking after your dog. Whenever Franklin is away from us, all we want is to know that he feels safe, happy, loved and gets plenty of cuddles, and that’s exactly the experience we want to give every dog we care for. We want owners to feel like their dog is being treated with the same love and care we’d want for our own.🫶🏻

I’ve seen firsthand how great Abby is with dogs—we have one together, and she’s always been incredibly loving, patient, and reliable. She has a natural way with animals, and dogs seem to feel comfortable and calm around her right away. Whether it’s going for long walks, making sure routines are followed, or just giving them attention and care, she treats every dog like they’re part of the family. You can absolutely count on her to take great care of your pup.

Schedule

Pet care already fits really naturally into our day-to-day life as we have our own dog, Franklin, who is our BABYY! I work from home two days a week and Harry is usually home by early afternoon, so between us there’s normally someone around for plenty of company, cuddles and toilet breaks. I already take Franklin out either in the morning or at lunchtime, so another dog would slot really easily into our routine and join us for walks, fuss and lots of cuddles 🥰

Safety, trust & environment

In our home, your pet will be treated just like one of our own. They’re welcome on the sofa, on the bed, and will get plenty of cuddles, playtime and fuss. We also have a fully enclosed back garden, so they have a safe and secure space to potter around, play and relax. We really want our home to feel like a little home away from home for them.💞 If we’re caring for your pet in your own home, we’ll always do our best to stick to their usual routine and keep things as familiar and comfortable as possible, whether that’s their normal walk times, feeding routine, favourite sleeping spot or anything else they’re used to (including them sleeping on the bed, of course!)

A typical day

We’d love to get to know what your dog enjoys most and tailor their time with us around them. We love being out and about, whether that’s beach walks, woodland walks or heading up to the Downs, so we’re always happy to take them on little adventures if that’s their thing. We’re also very happy with enclosed fields, tug of war, enrichment games and playtime, or simply curling up on the sofa for cuddles and a bit of TV. Whatever makes them happiest, we’re happy to go at their pace.❤️

It’s really helpful to know your dog’s usual routine, any quirks or habits, and anything they’re working on training-wise. We’d also love to know what they eat, if they take any supplements or medications, and how they do around other dogs. Plus, if there’s anything that makes them anxious or anything special that helps them feel comfortable, that’s great to know too. We want to make sure they are as happy and comfortable as possible!
