Pet care experience
Shawlands-based Animal Carer 🐾
Hello, I’m Abi. I’m a total animal lover and have proven experience caring for dogs & cats of all ages. I work from home and COMPLETELY understand how important it is to trust someone else with your baby. I am a very proud dog and cat mum myself, with a 17 year old Cat (Matilda) who enjoys sleeping on my wardrobe for around 23 hours a day, and a 5 year old Spaniel (George) who is the most loving and gentle dog ever. If you know Spaniels, then you know that I am active, alert, attentive and understanding. I’ve been through every age and stage from newborn puppy, to lead training, to meal management, crate training, obedience learning, recall - and most importantly: LOVE & CARE. My routine is my dogs routine, and nothing makes me happier. As someone who occassionally needs George cover, I get it. So if you need me for walkies, home visits, all day care at my house or overnight boarding - please get in touch. We live in gorgeous Shawlands in a beautiful ground floor tenement with a massive walled garden. We’re in the middle of Pollok Park and Queen’s Park so we really do live a dog’s life :)

Safety, trust & environment
My own dog has a fabulous routine and a wonderful life - so I get the focus required. He is great with other dogs and I would ensure your pet was treated amazingly, which may of course mean keeping them separate if that’s a preference. Chances are they’d be besties during their stay ;)
Ratings and reviews
Abigail was amazing and so was George. They made Nela feel so welcomed and I was very at ease knowing she’s in good hands when we are at work. We are looking forward to bringing Nela again for a day care soon!

Upbeat, knowledgable and easy going. Gave us confidence and certainty for looking after our very energetic border collie!

Abigail is a genuine animal lover and takes such amazing care of her own dog, George. Any pet would be very lucky to be looked after by her!
