I have been taking care of pets for many years, starting at a young age watching neighbor dogs. I have cared for a variety of types of animals, but have to admit I am dog crazy! Senior dogs are especially dear to my heart. I have a senior chihuahua who gets along with other dogs. I also have experience with reactive dogs, as I used to own a highly reactive pit mix.

Abigail has hiked and taken my two dogs overnight for the past 7 years. She has provided love and caters to each of their needs. I always know that they are well taken care of when they are with her.
Abby is amazing with our pets! We have two rescue dogs and one older cat, all of whom can be difficult. Abby is the only one that I completely trust them with. Both dogs are reactive and not great at walking if there are other off leash dogs. Abby takes the dogs on individual hikes so as to not exacerbate their reactivity. They love it! She has also won over our grumpy kitty. Things were clean, the litter box was changed often and all were happy when we returned home. Animals love Abby. I highly recommend her!

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible. I work part time and know my schedule about a week or so in advance. When I’m not working as a nanny, I’m at home working on my art!

Pets who stay with me will likely be spoiled rotten. Dogs allowed on the furniture in this home! I have a small alley home and a partially fenced yard. Walks or trail hikes through out the day are a favorite around here!

I love hiking with dogs, or walks around the neighborhood. Or if your pet is more of a couch potato I’m happy to keep them company!
