I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life. I currently have a senior Anatolian Shepard and a young bull terrier, both of whom I love to pieces! I've been working in animal welfare for eight years, primarily in veterinary clinics and animal shelters. I am able to take care of any special needs, diets, or other requirements your pet may have! I also have experience with exotics including birds, reptiles, rabbits, and invertebrates. I have raised young dogs, taken care of a pregnant dog and her puppies following the birth, and taught older dogs basic commands and manners. I am confident in my ability to handle both dogs and cats and adapt to each situation. I would love to be a part of your pet's development. I will be more than happy to watch and love on your dog whenever you need it!

This was the second trip for which Abigail watched our kitties. Again, she handled 4 cats, 2 of which needed meds, no problem. When she takes care of our cats, I know they are in good hands. This helps to give me peace of mind when we're traveling. She is awesome!
Abigail did a great job looking after our 4 cats! We are very protective of our cats and usually have friends stop by when we are out of town to watch them. However, for our latest trip, our friends were not available for all of the days we needed a cat sitter. So, after reading previous good reviews for Abigail, we decided to hire her. We have a senior cat, a cat that used to be feral and so is very shy around strangers, and two younger cats on medications, (one takes a pill and the other is given a transdermal cream). Prior to confirming the booking, we had a meet and greet with Abigail, during which we asked her to give our cats their meds to make sure she'd be able to handle them. She easily gave them their meds. After taking care of our kitties when we were out of town, she provided a detailed report with plenty of pictures. We are so happy to have found Abigail. We would not hesitate to book her in the future. We know our kitties will be in good hands!

Schedule
I currently work full-time day shifts while my partner works part-time in the early mornings. This means that between the two of us, your pet will get attentive care, walks, and meals whenever they need them!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a modest house with a huge fenced yard. While out in the yard, dogs are able to run all around while we watch from the porch to make sure they stay safe. Inside, we have separate rooms for feeding and making sure everyone has their own comfortable space.

A typical day
We have a pretty laid back household however if there's an excitable pup around, our bull terrier Jay loves to play. We also have a large yard for fetch games and live in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walks!
