Availability
I work full time, with some flexibility as to when I'm needed in office. I often work 1-2 days a week from home, and am able to get to the office late or leave early most days. My usual schedule is 8 - 4 so even in a heavy work week I have plenty of time for a morning visit or afternoon walk!

First and foremost, I follow your instructions since you know your pet best! After that I try my best to understand the signals your pet is giving and provide the best care possible. On walks I let your dog take its time, never yanking or rushing them. If there are multiple pets in a home I follow the rules for feeding to reduce stress. For cats I offer play, treats, and pets while respecting their boundaries. And of course no matter the pet, you can expect a plethora of photos 🙂

Information Abigail C. would like to know about your pet
It's important to know the dos and don'ts for your pets! What are they particular about, what do they like or dislike, favorite treats, activities, etc
A typical day
I adapt my plans to your pets needs! Higher energy pups might be taken for a hike, run, or walk in a local park. While older dogs will get to meander around for scents and go slow.

Pet care experience
I've worked with animals of all kinds, dogs, cats, turtles, birds, you name it! Whether your family member requires extra care and patience or a quick check in, I'm here to give them the care and attention they need. I've had several gigs working with families to provide routine daily check ins, play time, walks, and feeding for cats and dogs. As well as light grooming: brushing, bathing, nail clipping (if the animal is used to it) and light medication administration (topical, oral). I trained my Husky in basic commands and walking manners and am happy to reinforce any training you're already working on!
Reviews

Abigail is fantastic! My cat loves her and feels very comfortable around her. She updated us with detailed info and pics everyday. Thanks Abigail, you’re Fiona’s favorite person now :)

We loved having Abigail watch our cat, Curie. She sent us so many cute photos and detailed updates for every visit, which really helped us feel like Curie was in good hands! Abigail has a way with animals; our cat took to her right away. We’d happily have Abigail pet sit whenever we’re out of town!

Abigail took excellent care of our 2 Vizslas. She reliably arrived for each of the 3 visits per day, reported to me anything of concern, and provided daily photos of the dogs. My wife and I are very satisfied with Abigail handling of our dogs.

Abigail spent a good chunk of time with my cat and she seemed very comfortable! She was kind at the meet and greet and took notes to make sure she had all the information
