I have 6+ years of professional pet care experience. I have training in administering medication, bathing, nail trims, and teeth cleaning. I adore all pets and have personally owned dogs, fish, snakes, lizards, frogs, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits, and ducks! I have also taken care of cats, parrots/parakeets, and sheep. I have experience taking care of animals ages 8 weeks all the way up to 20 years!

Abigail was an amazing sitter! She was so sweet to my very skittish pitty. It worked out perfectly because her amazing dogs helped mine come out of her shell. She is very professional and even went out of her way to drive to Evansville for a meet and greet. She sent updates along with pictures and videos the entire weekend which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her and would definitely book with her again.
I lived with Abby for three years and got to see her work closely with local shelters, boards, and zoos to share her love of animals and help protect them. She has such a heart for all animals, and especially her own two pups! She will be a great caregiver for your Rover pets because she will love and treat them as her own with the utmost care and attention.
There are very few people that I would wholeheartedly trust to care for my dogs (one of which has some pretty extreme behavioral issues), and Abby is one of those people. Not only does she know a lot about dog care and behavior, but she also simply loves animals. If I were a Rover customer, I would have zero hesitation placing my pets into Abby’s care.

I am available 7 out of 7 days of the week! I get how chaotic life can be! That’s why my scheduling times are flexible to meet your and your pets needs.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is the top priority! My services and activities will be customized to the outdoor conditions (too hot or too cold = shorter walks outside and more indoor play time). As a pet parent, my house stays pet proof: no loose wires, batteries, sharp objects, etc. I have a 6ft privacy fence and use no chemicals in the yard. I am certified in animal first aid and CPR.

A typical day
I believe that a tired dog is a happy dog! With a fenced in yard, your pet will be able to run around for hours! An enjoyable sunset walk more their pace? A relaxing pond awaits a couple blocks away! A large comfy couch makes for amazing cuddles and naps afterwards.
