I grew up in a family of pet lovers and have lived with and taken care of all sorts of animals — dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, rats, horses, you name it! I regularly house sit, cat sit, and dog sit for my community of friends and family, so I have many repeat customers and references. I have recent experience with puppies and elderly special needs animals, and I love to go for long walks with pets, so high-energy animals or ones that need medicines are not a problem for me. I work from home as a freelancer and I have a reliable car which gives me a lot of scheduling flexibility.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m available for taking care of your pets at my home and for taking care of your pets in their home environment — I regularly do both! I have a small, fenced-in yard for playtime, which I always supervise. I’m a very attentive pet owner so I will always look out for the safety and happiness of your pets like they were my own.
Ratings and reviews
Abby has watched my cat, Blueberry, many times. She has watched him for up to two weeks at a time. She always welcomes him into her home and adjusts her schedule to meet his needs. She is so engaging and sweet with him, giving him supervised time outside and playing with him often. She is great about sending me updates and photos to ensure me that he is doing well. Abby overall is such a sweet and loving person and I would trust her with any of my animals.
Abby has been a dog sitter, dog walker, most beloved aunt, and godparent to my pets for many years. My somewhat curmugeonly 13 year old dogs prefers Abby to just about anyone, perhaps including me. It is such a blessing to have Abby as a neighbor and friend because I know that I can trust her absolutely to care for my animals when I need, overnight, or just to swing by if I get tied up at work. She is reliable, trustworthy, and an all-around glittering human being.

Schedule
I currently work remote on a flexible schedule, which means pet care fits really easily into my daily and weekly routine. I’m available for drop in visits, dog walks, and in-home sits on a flexible basis — please reach out with your preferred schedule and I’d be happy to figure out a schedule that works for everyone!
