Loving family home
We know how difficult it can be to leave your fur babies which is why we started doing rover, we offer a home from home for your pets, reflecting their usual home life in our home! Pets are welcome to sleep wherever they feel comfortable (including with us in the bed!), have free rein of the sofas, a large fenced back garden and lots of cuddles and playtime. We have a pug named Luna who all other dogs always love, she has a great temperament and responds well to both nervous and energetic dogs. We have 2 children who are just as dog obsessed as we are, they understand some dogs can be ‘shy’ and will leave them too it but also offer lots of additional ball throwing, cuddles on the sofa and playtime for energetic dogs. We have experience looking after puppies, senior dogs and with giving medication. A bit about me, I have always loved animals, always being drawn to sitting with the dog at a friends/family’s house instead of engaging with who I am there to see! Dogs are more than just animals, they are part of the family hence why I would love to invite your pet into my home to ensure they have a home from home experience when you’re busy. I work from home so can accommodate lots of cuddles, playtime and walkies! We are lucky to live close to multiple fields, hills and countryside walks so these are usually our walks of choice! We would feel honoured to be trusted with your pet, with regular photos and updates of what we’ve been up to and the new experiences your pup has encountered!

Abi is very friendly, we had updates and photos. He had plenty of attention and was a nicely tiered boy when we picked him up, would definitely use Abi again.
I was very grateful to Abi agreeing to look after our dog last minute. She asked questions to make sure she understood Panni’s needs and welcomed her into her home. It was very good to have the daily updates and seeing Panni being happy. 😊
Allie had a great time with Abi and her dog Luna. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
Had a great experience of using Abi to look after our labradoodle for 8 days. Great communication beforehand and while we were away. We really liked the friendly setting Abi provided with our dog becoming part of her family for the week. Would definitely use Abi again.
Willow had a great time with Abi and her family. They looked after her really well. She had lots of cuddles from the boys and slept well when she came home.
Just collected Teddy and Tilly from their stay with Abi and her lovely family. Both enjoyed the stay, they were well cared for and from the photos Abi sent me got loads of cuddles and loves from the whole family. I would happily leave them with her again. Great service and care

Schedule
I work from home so can accommodate lots of cuddles, playtime and walkies! Dogs are more than just animals in our home, they are part of the family and get treated like royalty!

A typical day
I love to play with the dogs, go out for walks up the hills, round the country lanes or in nearby fields and provide stimulating games whilst at home. Dogs have free flow between the house and the garden with lots of toys to enjoy.
