I currently am working 7 to 3 M-F, and available for walks and sittings night ans weekends, and on occasion very early mornings. I love spending my free time with my furry friends.

I don't often board pets unless they're well potty trained and can handle stairs. I live on the 4th story in a city apartment. We are near lots of parks and have safe places to walk. Your pet will also have attention for most of the day as my partner also works from home.

Long walks around the neighborhood, if dropped off before 830am, a run around Mt. Tabor dog park or Normandy dog park if they're comfortable with open spaces. Relaxing in the shade or at home on hot and cold days. Lots of pets and cuddles! If staying over the weekend there will also be lots of walks at the river and maybe even a few beach trips.

(Preferred name: Sofi) I have owned and cared for pets my whole life and am a very compassionate and attentive owner. I've also been dog walking and dog sitting for 30 of those years. As a self employed stay at home mom I have flexible hours. I have taken dog behavioral classes covering such techniques as: basic commands and actions; how to help dogs be more comfortable in new environments; how to judge dogs moods as well as how to influence them to behave. I know a lot about canine nutrition and diets. As a native Portlander, I know of a lot of dog parks, natural areas and generally safe places to walk your dogs. I also have a reliable vehicle to get around if there's a need for me to pick up or drop off your pooch.

Abeni was the perfect cat sitter. Sent videos and photos of my cat. Fed him and cleaned his book and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was exactly what you would hope for. But even more than all that, it felt really clear to me that she was a great presence for our cat while gone. She was very loving and attentive and I fully trusted our cat to be well looked after and loved while I was gone. There's really nothing at all she could have done to improve. Excellent sitter. You can travel knowing that your animal is well taken care of.
Sofi was communicative and professional and my kitties were well taken care of. She was also helpful with extra requests like filling my bird feeders to keep the kitties entertained.
Sofi was quick with communication and asked all of the right questions that made me feel at ease prior to leaving for my short trip. She played with them and was so active with them, will book again!
We have worked regularly with Sofi over the past two or three years, and it is a pleasure to acknowledge the care she has provided for our cat Eeboo: excellent communication, reliability, and great sense of initiative when it is needed.
