Hi! I’m Abby, and I’d love to take care of your pets! I grew up in the Pittsburgh suburbs and have always been in a home full of animals. At one point, I had 5 dogs, 5 cats, 2 rabbits, and 2 mice. I have years of experience in caring for domestic animals and will provide all of them with love! Additionally, I am a trained zookeeper as I worked at the National Aviary and Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium. I have a knack for animal behavior. I have experience with over 150 different species of exotic animals, so I can handle any dog (or cat) with practiced ease no matter how big or small. I can follow your specific directions to a t, and I am more than happy to make additional accommodations for the well-being of your animal.. I love a set of instructions and will follow them exactly! While I don't board, I am familiar with all the neighborhoods in my work radius, so I always look out for good walking routes. When it comes to feeding and cleaning, I try to make my presence unnoticeable beyond a happy pet and my updates!

Very communicative and kind. Left very detailed notes. Let us know when there were problems. Did everything we had asked. Sent lots of pictures and videos. The cats seemed to like her based on the videos she had sent. We asked if she could take care of (and give meds to) our gecko and she seemed very willing ((Sadly our little guy passed a few days before our trip so they did not interact)) she had mentioned she did have experience with exotic pets. We appreciate Abby for her time and taking care of our cats. We will definitely consider booking her for future cat sitting needs if she is available.

Abby did a really amazing job with my cat. She was very proactive and observant, noting when the litter was low or when my cat’s inhaler seemed to run out. I definitely would trust her to act in an emergency situation. She also left my place super clean. I loved all the pictures and videos - my cat looked super happy with her. I would highly recommend!
Abby did an amazing job with my medically complex cat. She was able to follow his complicated routine without any issues. My cat was smitten with her and gifted her lots of biscuits and kisses! She also left my place spotless. I would highly recommend!

Schedule
I have a 9 to 5, but I can work remotely most days, which is great for drop-in visits! For dog walks, I prefer before and after work, but I'm flexible.
