I don’t have a preference on breed but it is a requirement that I know about any medical needs, allergies and preferred vet for the safety of your animal.
A typical day
I’m a big fan of taking dogs on long walks/hikes or to certain dog parks depending on what the owner is comfortable with. Depending on how high energy your dog is can exercise your dog multiple times a day!

Pet care experience
I’ve had both professional and personal experience taking care of dogs for years! My number one concern when watching someone’s furry family member is safety/making sure needs are met and everything after that is playtime and adventuring! Pet care is already part of my daily routine because I have my own dog named Stella who is an extremely active 5 year old dog (who constantly needs to be exercised). I work part time and am home in the mornings and afternoon. Our dog goes out every few hours on a leash in our community or to the fenced in dog park we have here at the property. I have no problem going to the lake or hiking with your fur baby because it’s one of my dogs favorite activity. If your dog needs to be crated or walked alone that is something I can accommodate as well.

Abby helped us with daily drop-ins for one week to care for our cats and she was terrific. She met us in advance to understand what our cats needed and then kept us updated everyday while we were away. It was wonderful knowing that our cats were so well taken care of. Abby is wonderful.

Wolfie had such a great time with Abby! I've used Abby's daycare before, so I knew Wolfie already adored her and her dog, Stella. Abby makes sure to send loads of pics and takes Wolfie on awesome walks! Wolfie's definitely excited to hang out with Abby and Stella again!
Absolutely wonderful woman! My dog Shiloh was physically distraught leaving her apartment because of how much fun he had with her and her pup. I had a last minute emergency and she accommodate my needs incredibly well. A very polite and engaged individual. I got constant updates on how my dog was doing and she was prompt and professional with replies to any concerns I had. Her dog matched my dogs energy perfectly and he seemed to really enjoy the personalized attention she gave him. I would recommend Abby to anyone as she truly will care for your pup, not just "take care of them."
