I’m a full-time dog sitter and spend most of the time at my house, which allows me to give pets consistent attention, care, and supervision throughout the day. I have a large fenced in yard for the zoomies and I’ve dedicated a fold out couch for the dog in addition to my bed for any cuddle bubs! There’s a splash-pad and cooling stations so no one overheats after a big romp around the yard. I structure my days around walks, play, and downtime, and I’m mindful of keeping routines consistent so pets feel secure. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and extended care on both weekdays and weekends, and I prioritize being present and your dogs will rarely, if at all, be left alone.

I’m experienced with crate use, positive reinforcement, and helping dogs settle in new environments. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible and take care to avoid overwhelming situations, especially for more sensitive or anxious dogs. I know when to separate dogs and how to read body language before any accidents can transpire. In your home or mine, I maintain a clean, predictable space and ensure pets are supervised, exercised appropriately, and never left in situations where they could feel unsafe or stressed.

A typical day
I love taking high energy dogs to Wisner trail for some fun off leash play but I’m also happy to accommodate any kind of needs. I have a really large, secure fenced-in yard and I have a water splash mat for the dogs to play on and keep cool. I’m also aware of training needs and am happy to help reinforce any commands or needs you might need tailored to your dogs. Dogs sleep in the bed with me unless you’d prefer otherwise.

I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years and have experience with a wide range of personalities, from high-energy dogs to more sensitive or anxious ones. I’m especially attentive to a dog’s emotional needs and body language, and I prioritize making them feel safe, calm, and understood in their environment. I have hands-on experience with crate training, building positive associations, and helping dogs develop confidence when left alone. I’m patient, consistent, and gentle in my approach. I tailor care to each dog rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping your pet company, I treat every dog as if they were my own and aim to create a calm, secure experience for them while you’re away. I occasionally bring my well-socialized dog with me for longer stays, but only with prior approval and proper introductions.

Abby has been incredibly caring, reliable, and attentive with our two doggos. She has a natural connection with them and treats them like her own. I trust her completely and cannot recommend her enough. She’s dog sat at our place with her own pup (Morphy) before and we’ve also used her on and off for walks.
The combination of a dog that loves belly rubs and a sitter that loves to give them was met between my dog, Rocco and Abby. He loves her and based on the numerous little videos she sent of her rubbing his tummy, she loves him, too. It’s very comforting to know that when I’m away my boy is literally in good hands. Also, no shortage of walks and trips to his favorite swimming hole. Lucky dog :) Rocco can’t wait for his next stay with Abby.
