I work from home daily, Monday to Friday. I only need to nip out on the school runs but this is not every day. I work downstairs and have time to play, a routine walk and even to snuggle with your dog. I love taking dogs to the beach and walks in fields. I also like to hire private enclosed dog fields so they can let off steam in a safe environment, great for the more active breeds. I have recently had 1 to 1 training with a dog behaviorist/trainer. The focus was on dog reactivity and psychology of the dog so please let me know if there is anything you would like me to work on in the time I am looking after your dog.

I provide calm, attentive care in my home, always following each dog’s usual routine. I have a secure fenced garden for safe outdoor time, and my own very well behaved puppy Tank. I make sure pets get appropriate exercise, play, rest, and plenty of affection, while respecting their individual needs and comfort levels. I am a big softie so im sure your dog will have me wrapped round their little paws 🐾

Let me know ahead of time your dogs routine, where they sleep, walk requirements and any special requirements. Also If your dog has any medical requirements, or behaviours that I should be aware of so I can provide the best possible care. This includes things like medication, anxiety triggers, reactivity, or training routines. My preference is for friendly, smaller well-socialised breeds, but I’m always happy to discuss individual dogs to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.

I tailor activities to each pet’s personality and energy level. This can include relaxed or energetic walks, supervised playtime in the garden, gentle games, enrichment toys, and quiet cuddle time. I also enjoy basic training games for puppies and keeping senior dogs comfortable with calm interaction and rest. My goal is always to make pets feel happy, safe, and at home while having fun

What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give every dog. I’m experienced with puppies who need basic training, routine, and patience, as well as senior dogs who may need slower walks and extra understanding. I have two 7 year old children who are very used to being around dogs and understand when a dog needs space or quiet time. We recently lost our 17 year old Teddy Pompom, who was very senior, suffered with seizures, and required gentle, attentive car, an experience that has given me a deep understanding of supporting older dogs with special needs. .
