Did a great job communicating and looking after my cat!

Asked abby to throw out cat litter in dump outside as my kittens try to eat the litter if left out which will cause them to vomit. She forgot to do it and left it open which I saw in the camera so I messaged her and she came back to throw it away, and I asked her if she knew where the garbage dump was and she responded she did know it was outside and that she threw it outside in the dump. I come home and I find the kittens eating the litter out of the garbage can that she threw in my own garbage in my kitchen after we discussed multiple times. The problem is that she lied that she did it, she could’ve just said that she did not know where it was or she did not feel comfortable throwing it out.

This was our first time working with Abby and she was great. She walked our dogs late morning around the neighborhood. The Rover program allows her to communicate with us in terms of timing, route taken and pictures of the pooches. We hope to work with Abby again in the future. It was nice to get away for a day and not worry about disrupting to dogs' routine.

Abby took good care of our cats and also helped with some basic house sitting (switched around lights, grabbed the mail). We very much appreciate her care and are glad to have her booked for our next trip.

Abby is wonderful. She takes great care of our cat while we’re away, sends thorough updates, and is a true pro. We feel very at ease when Abby is checking in on our furry family member.

This was our first time using A by to watch our two cats and she was fabulous. Her calm manner out my two shy kitties at ease. She was great at reporting back to us I. How they were doing and sending along many photos so we could see how they were doing We look forward to Abby's next visit when we go out of town!
