I’ve been pet sitting for over 10 years and absolutely adore animals of all kinds. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, horses, a pony, birds, and more. I truly treat every animal as if they were my own because, in my mind, pets are family 1000%. I recently graduated from pharmacy school and am now a licensed pharmacist working full-time as a staff pharmacist at Walmart in Bentonville. My schedule is a mix of shorter and longer shifts, and I typically receive it about three weeks in advance, so I’m able to communicate my availability with pet parents ahead of time. Depending on my shift and how close you are to my store, I may also be able to stop by during my lunch break for a midday potty break, feeding, medication, or some extra attention. I currently have two cats, Winston & Schmidt (iykyk), who I absolutely adore. They’ve also helped me through losing my sweet Luna, who I had for 14 years and will always hold a very special place in my heart. I’m very comfortable following detailed care instructions and medication schedules, and I always do my best to keep pets on their normal routine while their family is away. You can also expect plenty of updates and photos because I know how important it is to feel connected to your pets when you can’t be there. Pet sitting is something I genuinely love, and it also helps me work toward paying off my student loans. I hope I get the chance to meet and love on your pets!

I always make sure that when I leave my clients home that all doors are locked and their babies are either kenneled or if they roam freely, I make sure there isn't anything that they can get into. I also make sure they’ve got drinking water and food.

Perfection! Abby moved into our home for a two week stay with our two dogs and one cat…all very high maintenance! She handled our detailed instructions with grace and ease. Communication was spot on with lots of texts and photos. Abby went above and beyond when we had a minor health issue with one of the dogs. She was happily willing to make a vet visit if needed and that gave us a lot of reassurance that our pets were in the best hands!
Abby was great! We got lots of pictures and updates on our animals. Would recommend her to friends and family.
Abby stayed at our house with our three German shepherds for the week while we were on vacation, and the pups loved her! We did some dog walking ahead of time, and they would be so happy to see her walk through the door! She was very communicative and cared well for our house too. It’s always hard leaving your pets, but we knew they would be in good care with Abby. Would absolutely recommend and think of Abby for any future trips.
Abby has the calm, loving energy our boy needed. She went above and beyond- exceeded my expectations. She genuinely cared for and enjoyed our dog. She stayed in the house with him more than I expected. She sent me notes, photos, and videos so I knew he was okay- he looked very happy! She even did her sheets and dishes! I will definitely ask her to sit for us again!

Schedule
IWhen I’m pet sitting, I make sure your pets are taken care of before and after work with plenty of time for meals, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, cuddles, or whatever their normal routine includes. Depending on my shift and how close you are to my store, I may also be able to stop by during my lunch break for a midday potty break or quick check-in. On my days off, I’m usually able to spend even more time hanging out with the pets. I always try to keep their routine as normal as possible and make sure they get plenty of love and attention while their family is away!
