We are a family of 5! Both my husband and I have grown up with pets and our children have always been around them as well. We have a 5 year old black lab named Blu, a 2 year old rescue named Gus, a 19 year old cat named Oskar and 3 guinea pigs-Winnie, Aspen, and Kevin. We also foster dogs through a local rescue. My husband works away from the home while I stay home during the day as "CEO of Homestead Operations" :) We have a fenced in back yard with plenty of shade, lots of trails around our house as well as a large field right across the street.
