Hi there! I’m Abby and I am a total animal lover. I think of pets as not only companions, but part of the family, and they should be treated as such! My parents have a rescue Labrador Retriever and I absolutely adore her. I’ve grown up with dogs since I was a toddler and can’t imagine my life without them. I’ve had experience with different breeds, sizes, and ages. I also love cats! I've always had a very big heart for animals and am incredibly compassionate and caring towards them. I would love to take care of your pet(s) and treat them like family. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) I have various rates for holidays, additional dogs, puppy rate, additional cats, 60 minute walks or drop-ins. Thanks! 2) I have many furry friends on Rover and I like to help out when I can. If doing an overnight house sitting, I may have a few drop-ins and walks to do throughout the day, since I do this full-time. I would not be gone for more than 4 hours at a time. If you need more constant care, I am probably not the sitter for you! But rest assured, your home will be my new home base while I’m there and I will be with your pet in between drop-ins and walks and all through the night. 3) My fiancé travels a lot for work and his schedule varies often. He gets his next month’s schedule on the 18th of the month prior. Because of this, I no longer am doing bookings far out in advance. However, if you ask me about the dates you need ahead of time, I will set a reminder in my phone to let you know the month prior on the 18th. If someone already asked first already for those dates, I will let you know right away so you can find an alternative plan in a timely manner. I know this is not ideal for people who need to plan months in advance and I totally understand if you need to find another sitter sooner! Example: If you need me in August, I can let you know by July 18th if I can book the services. Hope this make sense, it just helps him and I line up our schedules better.
