I’m a Wildlife and Fisheries Science graduate, and most of my experience comes from working hands-on with animals in different settings like wildlife work, a zoo internship, and field-based environmental work. I’m really comfortable around animals of all kinds and used to paying attention to behavior, routines, and care details. I’ve helped with daily animal care tasks like feeding, cleaning, observing behavior, and just making sure animals are doing well and comfortable. I’m also used to being outdoors, staying active, and working in all kinds of conditions. Overall, I’m pretty laid back but responsible, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they’re safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away.

Pet care fits well into my routine because I currently have a flexible schedule while I’m actively looking for a job. This allows me to be available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed. I’m able to plan my time responsibly and make sure each pet gets consistent care and attention.

I care for pets by keeping things calm, safe, and following their normal routine as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I stick to instructions for feeding, walks, and any special needs, and make sure doors and spaces are secure. I also pay attention to each pet’s behavior so they feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away.
