A lifelong dog lover of all breeds, I was raised in a family with Max the beagle, Lucy the bearded collie and Tyler the bichon. As an adult, I had 14 wonderful years spoiling my blind rescue pup Pugsley, and after he crossed the 🌈 last year, I adopted my sweet chiweenie rescue pup, Chickpea. I have long depended on Rover sitters for my own dog's care while traveling, so I know first hand how nerve wracking it can be to be away so I’m happy to return the favor and provide you peace of mind. As always, Abby and Chickpea were wonderful sitters for Ollie during the World Cup finals game. Our pick-up time ran an hour late and thankfully Abby was super understanding and accommodated our last minute request.
Abby and Chickpea were wonderful hosts! I needed a last minute sitter to watch my dog Ollie because I had jury duty. I could tell Ollie really enjoyed his time because when I when to pick him up, he didn’t want to leave! 100% would rebook with Abby.
Abby was wonderful and took such a great care of Uni. They played all day, went on multiple walks and sent tons of photos and updates. I would definitely use her again :) And thank you Pugsley for having enough patience with Uni’s unlimited puppy energy!!

Home full-time, highly flexible to accomodate your pup's preferred walking, eating, playing and sleeping schedule with minimal time away - individual walks to be provided and oversight of all meals, snacks and toys.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pup is welcome in my immaculately clean, elevator building apartment with no restrictions on furniture, bed, etc. Plenty of room to play and snooze indoors for low key pups and walkable to Central Park and Peter Detmold Dog Run (with permission only) for more active, social doggos.

A typical day
Morning, mid-morning, mid-day, afternoon and evening calks based upon your pup's needs/routine; plenty of cuddles and fetch indoors; long leashed walks available for your active pup, and/or visits to dog park/off-leash with your permission only.
