Pet care is my full-time focus, so I’m available throughout the week to provide dedicated attention to every pet I care for. After working over 3 years as a Kennel Manager and Veterinary Assistant at a busy veterinary clinic, I’m used to building my day around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication, and cuddle breaks. Now that I’m offering pet care through Rover, I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs, whether that’s early morning walks, midday drop-ins, or overnight stays.

I follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, and playtime while making sure your pet feels comfortable and loved in their familiar environment. I also provide plenty of updates, photos, and check-ins so you always know how your furry friend is doing. In My Home (if applicable): If your pet stays with me, they’ll get constant attention, exercise, and love in a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment. I make sure they’re comfortable, happy, and have everything they need — from cozy rest spots to active playtime.

I love keeping pets happy, active, and engaged! Depending on your pet’s personality and energy level, we might go on walks, play fetch, work on fun enrichment games, have cuddle time, or enjoy gentle play sessions. For dogs, I can include outdoor play, sniff walks, and structured exercise to keep them both mentally and physically stimulated. For cats, I’ll offer interactive toys, feather wand play, treats, and plenty of cozy lap time if they enjoy it.

Hi there! My name is Abbie, and I’ve worked at a veterinary and boarding facility for over 3 years, gaining hands on experience caring for pets of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. In addition to my professional background, I have extensive experience with animals outside of work, so pet care is truly a passion of mine. I’m trained in administering all types of medications, including insulin and seizure medications, and I’m comfortable handling special needs and senior pets. I also offer services like nail trims, baths, and anal gland expressions. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I’ll care for them like they’re my own!

Abbie was an absolute rockstar. She watched our two cats and three 10 week old kittens while we were away. She came three times 3 times a day. She cleaned their area every time, sent pictures, played with them and fed them. When there was a medical issue that came up with the kitten she went above and beyond and then administered antibiotics and drops. We will definitely use her again and rest easy that they are getting the best possible care! Thanks Abbie!!
Abbie was amazing at taking care of my kitty while I was away and even made sure to let me know about any changes he had. She even took care and fed the kitties outside for me!
Abbie was great!! She was attentive to my cats needs, and even gave extras to the kitties outside for me. She was very communicative on her visit time and gave detailed reports!
