I grew up on a farm caring for all types of animals, but now just have a 2-year-old dachshund of my own. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and am happy to give any medications needed, stick to any feeding or walking schedule you prescribe, or whatever else your special pet needs. I will provide great attention to your pet while in my care! I work from home and will be with your pet during the day. I live in a ground-floor condo in a townhouse community - listed here as apartment but more of a house without a fenced yard. Safe, quiet neighborhood for walking.

Abbie was super helpful! My family and I decided to spend two days in Nashville and planned to go to the water park for a day, so I had to quickly find someone to help with our dog, Luna, while we enjoyed the park. Abbie had great communication, she sent me pictures throughout the day and kept me updated on how Luna was doing. I truly feel that Luna had a great time while we were out at the park. I highly recommend Abbie, and we will definitely contact her again when we’re back in town. Thank you, Abbie!
I can’t thank Abbie enough for stepping in last-minute to take care of Laika while we went out for dinner (we are visiting from Indianapolis). Abbie was an absolute lifesaver—especially on such a scorching day! What really stood out was all the adorable photo updates Abbie sent throughout the visit. It meant so much to be able to check in and see Laika happy, cooling off, and relaxed with a caring sitter. Abbie is reliable, thoughtful, and clearly loves dogs. Schedule
I work from home, so I have the flexibility to be around your pet during the day. I currently have a dog of my own, so I am used to the schedule of feeding and walking a dog, along with providing them the play and snuggles they need.

Safety, trust & environment
Having a dog of my own that has historically liked to get into mischief, I have dog-proofed my home and very cognizant of what is left out. I have a patio and a safe neighborhood for walking so that the pets and I can get some outdoor time and exercise in. I have crate-trained my dog, but will take care of other pets however they are used to. Pets are allowed on the couch and anywhere I go!

A typical day
I love to play games with dogs, especially fetch! I play inside and outside with my dog, and love to go on walks. I’ll make sure your pet gets exercise and snuggles on the couch! My dog also loves other dogs and can help provide entertainment.
