Hi there! I grew up with 2 cats, Issue and Isabel, both of whom I had adopted as kittens and who lived to the ages of 15 and 21! I loved them both fiercely and had always dreaded the day that I would have to say goodbye, but it was such an honor to have loved them for more than half my life. Because of them, I’m particularly fond of senior kitties. I had always wanted a dog of my own but my sweet Issue was a jealous boy and would not have been a happy camper if I brought home a dog. Because I knew that he deserved to live out his days in peace, I signed up for Rover to get my “fix” by loving on your dogs and showering them with affection! Growing up, I often took care of my neighbor’s dogs when they were out of town, and I frequently pet sit for my friends’ cats/dogs when they’re traveling. I love going on walks on weeknight evenings and on the weekends and I would love to bring your pup along with me!

There are so many wonderful things to say about Abbie…where to start?! If you had to rate her on a scale of 10, with 10 being the best, I’d give her an 11🤗 Her communication was exceptional. I had multiple pictures of the animals and detailed messages of what they all did, both in the morning and evening. And with 6 fur babies to care for, that’s not easy. Abbie also took note of additional items that needed attending to, such as cleaning dishes, taking out the trash, and remaking the bed. Items I never mentioned needing to be done, but she took it upon herself to go above and beyond. We were so grateful for the love and care she provided for our fur babies and the peace of mind Abbie provided while we were gone. Abbie will absolutely be the first one we call when we go out of town again.
Abbie was great! Being away would be great if I didn’t worry about Roxie. That worry quickly faded with Abbie. Everyday I received an update and pictures. When we returned home - while Roxie was glad to see us, she was clearly well cared for and comfortable (not overly needy). Abbie had given her all the attention she needed 🩷.
Abbie was such a great sitter for our dog! We rebooked her and she took such good care of him, fed him, and took him on a walk. We will continue to have her hang with Cooper.
Abbie was fantastic - she took so many pictures of my cat, Mingo, and she did a little write up of Mingo’s status after each visit. I knew Mingo was doing well the whole time I was away. :) Thank you!!
Abbie was easily the best pet sitter I’ve ever had! Thank you for taking such good care of Louise. We appreciate you!
Abbie is amazing! She makes traveling so much easier because i know babies will be cared for and loved.
Calendar and availability
Schedule
Weekday evenings and weekends are when I have the most availability. However, my work schedule is pretty flexible so I can be available late morning or early afternoon if needed.
