I work as a youth support partner. I am doing Rover on the side because I love animals so much, but vet med did not fit into my path, so this is a way I can still take care of and cuddle them. I work with youth who are in group homes, the foster care system, or in detention. Usually, emergencies do not arise, so I can always be present for your pets.

Unfortunately, I do not have a fenced-in yard, so your pet would have to go out on a leash, beep collar, or have amazing recall. During our meet-and-greet, I can keep visiting with the pet so it can get to know my voice and feel comfortable with me. Usually, when I enter a client's home, I greet the pets and make sure they haven't gotten into anything they're not supposed to. I then make sure the pet parent left me direct instructions and follow them thoroughly.

I live in a neighborhood with woods surrounding my house and Woodhaven Lake, where your pet is allowed to swim. My lab Ozzy is still a puppy, so he loves to play and run. My dachshund Ruby loves to throw the ball, but my Yorkie Zuke likes to explore and smell different things, so we have a unique-personality household, and your pet would fit in somewhere.

I have taken care of pets since I was around the age of 8, I’ve always watched my neighbor's pets, friends pets, and families. They always trusted me and knew their pet was safe with me! I have a lot of experience with senior dogs, big dogs, & puppies. Also a lot of experience with disability animals. I’m also pet CPR & first aid certified!

Abbi was extremely responsive and clearly cared about my Lola. She also helped get very bulky packages inside the house while we were out so they wouldnt get rained on. 5/5 plan to rebook!
Great job with our pups, lots of play time and pictures. Great with communication about all things puppy
Abbi is great! She communicates really well
Abbi, was thorough and followed every instruction I asked her to do with my senior special needs pup. She was also extremely flexible, which we needed unexpectedly. She provided me an update and I knew my boy was being taken care of. With him being special needs I need someone to be attentive to every detail of his care, she was and she put my mind further at ease when she followed up with me without asking. We will use Abbi again.
