I will take your dog for a walk in your neighborhood and keep a close eye on them throughout the walk to ensure they are safe. I will play with them and give them plenty of love and attention during my visit. I will give them time to get used to me and feel comfortable around me if they are a little anxious around new people.

Pet care experience
I had a pet Border Collie while growing up and took care of her as well as trained her. She was my sweet, smart, energetic pup who played basketball with me. Since then, I have not owned a dog due to time commitments, but have cared for other people’s dogs, including pet-sitting, medication administration, taking on walks, and providing physical assistance for an older dog. I love dogs and I am a physical therapist pursuing a certification to provide physical therapy for canines. I have great attention to detail and safety, will care for your pet as if they were my own, and I want every animal to feel comfortable and confident when they are around me.

Abbi has been one of the most reliable and attentive people I’ve encountered on Rover. She has developed a great rapport with my dog, Charlie and I know that he will always be safe and well exercised after a walk with her. I’d definitely recommend her as a fantastic dog walker!
Abbi has been wonderful with walking our dog over the last few months. She’s been extremely reliable and always on time. Sadly, Abby is moving a little further away from our place and we will not be able to use her as often anymore, but I’m hoping that she’s able to get some great clients down south as well.
