Your dog’s weekend pal!
I have over five years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. Since I was 18, I’ve helped care for our family dog, especially when my family is out of town and he stays with me. I’ve also dog sat for other breeds, including both low- and high-energy dogs. I’ve cared for them in their homes and mine, depending on what works best. My responsibilities include feeding, providing fresh water, regular exercise, and giving plenty of attention. I’m comfortable with different temperaments and energy levels—and I’d love the opportunity to meet and care for your pet!

Abbey was the most wonderful sitter ever! She listened to all the instructions. She was so great with my pup Batman. She was easy to communicate with, listened to all my instructions, and sent pictures. In addition, I appreciated her keeping me updated throughout my pups stay. 100/10 sitter! My pup came back VERY happy:)
Abbey watched my family dog, Beanie, while we were away for a day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Beanie can be a bit timid with new people, but he warmed up to Abbey very quickly. She was so patient and gentle with him and I could tell he felt comfortable and happy in her care. I would highly recommend Abbey to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive dog sitter!

Schedule
Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I work full-time during the week but finish by 4 PM on Fridays, leaving my weekends fully available for dog sitting. I'm flexible with my weekend plans and always prioritize the dog’s needs. If requested, I will adjust my schedule accordingly to ensure they receive consistent care, attention, and companionship.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in my home, I prioritize comfort, safety, and routine. I have a fenced-in yard for outdoor play and bathroom breaks, and I’m happy to take dogs on walks if requested. I can easily crate dogs if needed and follow any specific instructions regarding their care. My home has three floors, and dogs are welcome throughout the house if the owner is comfortable with that. However, I’m happy to adjust boundaries and routines based on the owner’s preferences.
