Pet care experience
Patient, kind, and playful care!
I have many years of experience house sitting, walking, training, and giving medication to various animals including cats, dogs, and horses. I love taking dogs on walks and maintaining basic obedience and house manners. Sensitive dogs and cats need not to worry as I am more than happy to take my time to ensure their needs are met. I look forwarding to taking care of your pet!

Pup had a great time!

Abbey is an excellent dog sitter. She sent me pictures of my dog and gave her 2 types of meds and just did a great job. I will call on her the next time I need a dog sitter.

We are so lucky to have met Abbey, she has taken such good care of both of our dogs who have very different needs. Her dogs are so sweet and seem to match the energy of others. My dogs have been for both daycare and boarding and are always happy and relaxed when I pick them up.

Our dogs had a great stay with Abbey! Since it was our rescue dog’s first stay I was a little nervous. Abbey reassured us with sending lots of photos

Abbey is always great! Our dog can be a bit crazy and Abbey is very patient and seems to have a real love for watching animals. She also has a big fenced backyard which is a huge bonus.

Abbey was amazing! We use a modern, science-based approach to training our 4-month-old Lab pup, and Abbey really knew her stuff — which made me feel so comfortable leaving such a young dog overnight. Our pup settled right in and clearly felt at home. We came back to a happy, relaxed puppy who had obviously been well cared for. We’ll definitely book with Abbey again!

Safety, trust & environment
I have 2 friendly dogs, and a very sweet cat. The house has a fenced in yard, however walks are a daily activity in addition to yard time.

A typical day
I like to take dogs for an early morning walk for 30-60 minutes. Playing tug or fetch in the backyard, and relaxing in the backyard. Hanging out inside for quiet times. If you dog is able, we may even go on a local hike!
