My husband and I coordinate care and love for pets. We must have a meet n greet so your pup feels comfortable. I walk a few miles a day, and I have a stroller for dogs who want to be out, but can’t walk that distance. I also take the dogs to the park or along A1A in Delray, but never off leash.

I have an upstairs condo, all dogs will get walked multiple times a day. The dog needs to be able to go up/down the stairs, or be small enough for me to carry. Depending on the dog’s temperament, I may introduce them to familiar neighbor’s dogs, or take them on a long walk, or to a park ( but never an off-leash dog park) for a walk and car ride. I have plenty of bowls, beds and an XL crate, so you won’t have to pack too much for your pet’s stay. Meet n greet is a must🙂

I like for each pet to have a meet n greet before I care for them. It puts them at ease. If I’m walking your dog, I’ll come to your home, if he/she is staying with me, we can meet in my home.
A typical day
Depending on the pet’s needs and likes, and weather, I will take the pet with me on a long walk, or to a park, or on short drives. He/she will get lots of belly rubs and attention. I also have a dog stroller that can hold up to 60 lbs, so I take dogs in it, if they like that.

I’ve taken care of, or have had many types of pets- all sizes of dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, birds since I was a young kid. In fact, my older sister was a German Shepard 😄. I don’t have my own pets now, though, so pet sitting is the perfect situation for me. I can only accept your pet after a meet n greet about 2weeks prior to the boarding date. This enables us to check if it’s a good match, and if it isn’t, you have time to find someone else😊.
