ER Vet Tech

Hi! I have worked in vet med for 3 years, with ER being the last 1.5 years. I am well versed at handling fearful and reactive animals, as well as animals that have been in shelters. I have 2 years of experience with foster dogs as well, and my own dog is a rescue! I am comfortable giving meds of all sorts and also upholding any training your pet needs while you're gone. Finally, I am RECOVER CPR certified for dogs and cats! Let's discuss how I can make your pet feel comfy!

Safety, trust & environment

I am happy to follow whatever you communicate with me to make your baby feel comfortable! I am happy to crate them or let them free roam when gone, as per your discretion, and I'm always mindful of objects around the house that could be accidentally ingested or they could hurt themselves on.

Aastha is a fantastic pet sitter who is incredibly attentive and communicates well. Her vet tech background aids her ability to respond to the needs of my cat and keep me informed. I have received great benefit from her pet care and would recommend her as a pet caregiver.

I have known Aastha for over 10 years. I was her GS leader through high school. She has been passionate about all animals, but especially dogs for as long as I have known her. Because her parents would not allow a permanent dog in their home she talked them into allowing her to foster dogs before they found “forever” owners. From age 14 through high school she was the best foster parent for many dogs. They felt her love and went on to be adopted. When she moved away to college she rescued her own dog. He is a bulldog and he has the best owner. You would never have to worry if you let Aastha watch your animal. She will love them as if they were her own. She has watched my 2 dogs on several occasions and we always know they are in great hands. If you need Aastha to stay at your home you can feel confident that she will be respectful of your home and you will come home to things looking better than when you left. I know you won’t be disappointed if you hire Aastha.
