**current full-time student at The Krenov School of Fine Woodworking, inquire for availability.** My roommates joke that it seems like I can talk to cats—or as my girlfriend likes to put it, “Are you sure you’re not autistic?” If kind, loving, focused care is what you desire for your favorite canine or feline, I might be just the sitter for you. Petsitting has been my side-hustle for over two decades. I’m a regular volunteer at the Mendocino Coast Humane Society as a dog walker, and growing up I worked closely with Canine Support Teams, a training organization of fully licensed support dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
As a general rule, I avoid all situations where common safety issues could arise, regardless of whether or not the animal has exhibited any prior issues (for instance, no dog parks unless specifically requested). CLIENT PEACE OF MIND IS MY #1 PRIORITY, as many photos and videos as it takes. Of the 10,000 photos on my phone, probably 9,500 of them are other people’s pets.

Aaron is wonderful with my shy rescue dog. She feels safe and comfortable with him and he prioritizes her well being in every way. We are so lucky to know him!
Aaron is clearly really experienced with rescue dogs with personality quirks, like mine. He went out of his way to step in to care for Starry while we went to my mother in law’s funeral; they had a lovely afternoon, and we could honor her worry free. Despite not being a dog owner his car is all set up for safe excursions with dogs because he volunteers with a shelter, so I felt really safe having Starry venture out with him. Would hire him again in a second!
Aaron was great. Good communication with me around scheduling. He has a very calm, gentle demeanor which was great for my new puppy, who of course was excited at meeting a new person. I look forward to working with Aaron again. Would definitely have him back.
Aaron is great, super kind, responsible and a true animal lover. Our dog can be anxious and hard to handle and Aaron was unfazed by his needs, and took great care of him and our cat, Cookie

Schedule
The curriculum at The Krenov School demands a lot of onsite hours, but it is a self-driven program, and exceptions can be made on a temporary basis. Even if your desired drop-in time conflicts with school hours, feel free to reach out, I’ll see what I can do.
