Dog Sitter: Runs & stays w/ ur pup!
I’ve always had animals in my life—growing up with three dogs (Phoebe, Zoe, and Ziggy), a cat (Max), and a cockatiel (Sydney). Since leaving home, I’ve jumped at every opportunity to care for friends' and family’s pets while they’re away. I truly love animals, and I suppose these early experiences may have influenced my career path—I’m now a PhD student studying conservation biology and wildlife ecology at UBC. While my research focuses on birds, I love all animals, big and small! Whether it’s daily walks, cuddles, or keeping up with high-energy pups, I’m here to give your pet the care and attention they deserve.

Aaron was the first dog sitter our somewhat anxious border collie has been left with. Aaron was very patient to win Ben (the dog) on hikes and walks. We got good feedback on how Ben was adapting. This eased our minds. Our house was left in good shape. I will use Aaron again and can highly recommend him.
Aaron is amazing! Punctual and easy to communicate with. My dogs love him. He takes them on the trails for on and off leash. Highly recommend
Aaron is great! I’ve booked him for walks and for overnight stays. He’s reliable and communicative, and you can tell he has a genuine love for animals. My dog, Buddy, is always super pumped to see him too. Buddy has some special needs and Aaron always puts in the extra effort to make him feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend Aaron!

Schedule
Doggy daycare: I work a hybrid schedule - mostly from home with half days in the office a few times a week. I cannot provide long walks during daycare. Walks & Runs: I run 3–10 km most days and would love to have your dog as a companion! I offer walks and runs within a few kilometers of UBC. Home Stays: Available for weekend stays (and longer bookings if your home is close to UBC).

I believe every pet deserves care tailored to their personality—whether your dog is a high-energy adventurer, a laid-back cuddle buddy, or an anxious pup who needs a little extra patience and reassurance, I’ll meet them where they’re at. I have a calm, gentle approach and will take the time to build trust, ensuring your pet feels safe and comfortable. During home stays, I ensure a safe, positive, and enriching environment. I follow any care instructions carefully, prioritize your pet’s well-being, and always respect your home as if it were my own.
A typical day
I can provide several short walks and a longer ~30 minute walk or run each day. I like to get on the floor and play or snuggle with pups. Dogs are welcome on the bed for a cuddly night of rest.
