The animals enjoyed Aaron's company and attention. His daily photos and messages are good and show how much the animals like him.

Aaron took very good care of our 2 labs. He was super communicative, very friendly, easy to correspond with, and helped me understand some things about Rover that I was a little unclear about being that this was only our 2nd time ever going through the service. One of our labs is a little older and is currently dealing with a stubborn, large wart which needs attention and looking out for. Aaron was very understanding about it and followed all the things we typically do to keep our dog safe while we treat his paw. He also quickly communicated some minor changes he noticed while we were gone, which was really helpful. And our younger lab, who would sit and cuddle all day if he could, appeared to have gotten lots of attention while we were away. We came home to happy, relaxed dogs. Aaron even washed some flatware and glasses I forgot to wash in the chaos before leaving for our trip. Thank you, Aaron!! :)

Huge fan did quite amazing and kept Stevie calm throughout the whole thing which was quite the feat, he arrived early for the appointments and was attentive and kind throughout the whole thing

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with Aaron, whom I hired for pet sitting based on ​a recommendation. While our initial meeting was positive, the actual service provided was highly unsatisfactory. On the first day, Aaron was away from the house for seven hours (8:45 PM to 4:15 AM). When I contacted him, he claimed he had previously mentioned an event he needed to attend. This was not the case; had I been informed he would be absent for such an extended period, I would never have hired him. This was particularly concerning because my senior dog has Cushing’s disease and is deaf; she requires frequent bathroom breaks and assistance with coming down her steps to prevent injury. On the second day, Aaron was out of the house for over four hours without notice, later citing that he had locked his keys in his car. Furthermore, several other requested tasks were not performed. Due to these reliability issues and the lack of proper care for my dogs, I will not be using Aaron’s services again. I wanted to share these concerns regarding his performance and the communication​ or should I say, "miscommunication" lapses as he stated to me that occurred during his stay.

Excellent sitter, kept the house perfect, constant updates would highly recommend.
