Through the summer I am available most days for drop-ins. I update my calendar weekly, but please message me if you have any questions—I may be able to accommodate you even if the calendar states that I’m unavailable! If you’re a new client, I will ask that we schedule a meet-and-greet with to make sure I’m a good fit for your cat. Please allow some time for this when you first reach out for a booking. I follow Rover’s standard three-day cancellation policy, and I also charge a 50 percent fee for booking modifications made less than three days before start dates. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns.

Since maintaining routines is important for most felines, I replicate those routines as best I can during my visits. Let me know what level of communication you need from me and I will be happy to provide it (I’m an expert cat photographer!). I am COVID- and flu-vaccinated and can wear a KN95 or N95 mask indoors at your request.

I like to learn about your cat’s usual habits and behaviors because stress and anxiety often manifest as a big change in those habits. I also like to learn about your own cat care routines, so I can keep your cat’s environment as stable as possible while you are away to help reduce stress and anxiety. Important information includes diet and meal times, water routines, medications, play/exercise habits, and litter box habits.
A typical day
A cat care visit usually involves a litter box check, toy time (especially for more sociable/energetic cats), a water refill, and feeding per your instructions. With my own cat, I like to provide food/treats after playtime ends to help satisfy his hunting instincts, but I know this routine varies from animal to animal. I like to learn your cat’s routines at our first meet-and-greet.

I've lived with cats since I was a kid, and I have several years of experience as a primary carer for my own (now senior) rescue kitty. The biggest lesson I’ve learned: cats like routine! Maintaining routines is my primary goal as your sitter. I'm comfortable managing special diets and some prescription meds for your cat too. Send me a message if you have any questions!
