Our deep personal experience training and working with a service dog for disability needs has given us a unique, first-hand perspective on behavior shaping and the importance of clear, calm communication. Our "Positive Pups" Philosophy We focus on positive reinforcement and force-free methods. Whether we are providing a simple walk or working on foundational manners (like sitting at doors or loose-leash walking), we cater to exactly what our clients want. Absolutely great care!! Considering one of my cats is quite the antagonistic personality...I really can't thank them enough for watching them while we were gone!! I know it's not always easy for animals to understand what's going on so their patience was so appreciated 🥹
We had such a great experience with Aalliyah. In fact this is our second time leaving Ubi with her. They took wonderful care of Ubi while we were away on vacation, which gave us so much peace of mind. From regular updates to making sure Ubi was happy, comfortable, and well-cared for, everything was handled with care and professionalism. It was clear that Ubi was in good hands the entire time. We truly appreciated the communication. It made our trip even more enjoyable knowing our pup was safe and loved. We would absolutely recommend them and would gladly book again!
