I would not book with this sitter again. When I retrieved my dog’s bed after his stay, it was covered in other dogs’ hair, heavily stained, and smelled strongly of urine. This was extremely concerning from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint. There were also concerns from the beginning about who was actually caring for my dog. When I arrived for drop-off, the sitter was not home and her teenage brother took my dog instead because she said she had gone to the store. At pickup, she was again not home, and my aunt had to wait approximately 10 minutes for her to arrive. My aunt also described the home as very dirty when she went to the door to pick him up. Between this and the condition in which his bed was returned, I had serious concerns about the environment where my dog was being boarded. Communication throughout the stay was poor. I repeatedly had to initiate contact for basic updates, photos, and information about whether my dog was eating, even having to follow up again after receiving no response. His bed and remaining food were also left behind at pickup, requiring me to make another trip to retrieve his belongings. While coordinating that retrieval, the sitter called me “lowkey rude” rather than simply telling me that the time I proposed did not work for her. I found that unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional. My dog also began vomiting after returning home. I asked whether he had eaten another dog’s food or anything unusual, and the sitter stated that he had not and was not vomiting while in her care. I cannot say what caused the vomiting, but it added to my concerns about the overall experience. I paid for professional boarding and expected a clean environment, reliable communication, and care from the sitter I actually booked. Between the sitter being absent at both drop-off and pickup, the condition of the home reported to me, the urine-soaked and stained bed, poor communication, and the handling of my dog’s belongings, this experience was unacceptable. I will never book with this sitter again.

She was great. Sent pictures and video to keep me updated. Would definitely use her again in the future.

Aaliyah did everything I asked and more he kindness is unmatched I was so lucky to find her at the last minute literally an hour before actually needing her services and she was supper flexible with me you couldn’t get a pet sitter than her

Communication was on point and I appreciate how well she looked after my boy. I would also like to add that this was last minute notice and she came through for me during a difficult time. Thank you

She was great and worked with me through last minute plan changes and the extension of my animals stay. She even made a trip to the store the get more food when they ran out. She sent pictures of my cats cuddling with her, from which I gathered she was really kind to them and they liked her. I cannot recommend her enough, she was truly the best.
