I schedule walks during cooler hours and watch closely for overheating signs. I've learned from experienced owners that it gets intense before 10am, so I plan accordingly. 🐶 Teacup to Great Danes I know big-chested dogs (Great Danes, deep-chested breeds) need 15 minutes post-walk before meals to prevent bloat. I've worked with everything from teacup Yorkies to Great Danes, Pomeranians to Pitbulls, Basset Hounds to Malinois, Golden Retriever, Poodles—and counting. ⚡️ Pulling, Recalling, Leashes for safe fun I focus on leash training and turning "explorers" into calm "followers." Prefer working with dogs who have some training foundation (especially big pullers), but I adapt to where your pup is at. Give me the 👍🏾 and I’ll turn into Mom 2.0. I would not recommend this sitter. I used her for one night and she did a good job sending questions and updates about my dog but she didn’t seem to know the basic needs of a dog. She didn’t know the cues to go outside even though it was pretty clear and when I got home my dogs water bowl was bone dry. She asked if she could help herself to my food which already was odd but I told her that she could help herself to snacks on the counter but please don’t eat the crab I have in the freezer and a few other things I mentioned. I opened my garbage can after getting home and there was a strong smell of crab so I looked and confirmed that she ate the crab I asked her not to. I’m not sure why she would think that eating something that’s $40 a pound would be OK but I found a pretty inappropriate
