Since I work from home, pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m around most of the day, which means your dog will get plenty of attention, company and care rather than being left alone for long periods. My partner also mostly works from home and is a big dog lover, so there’s usually someone around to give extra cuddles, playtime and attention. We both genuinely enjoy having dogs around and love the joy and energy they bring into the home. My own dog Rio has a routine of walks, playtime, meals and lots of interaction, so I’m already used to building my day around a dog’s needs. I enjoy taking breaks for walks, play sessions and giving dogs the attention they need throughout the day. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine — whether that’s regular walks, feeding schedules, puppy breaks, or simply having someone around for company. My aim is to make your furry friend feel safe, comfortable and at home while they’re with me. 🐾

I’m happy to offer care both in my own home and in the pet owner’s home, depending on what works best for the dog and their family. At my home, I live in a house with a garden, giving dogs a comfortable space to relax, play and enjoy some outdoor time. I’ll make sure they feel at home, with plenty of attention, walks, playtime and cuddles. Since I’m a dog mum to Rio, my 5-year-old Golden Retriever, I’m already used to having a dog as part of my daily life and understand the importance of keeping a consistent routine. For boarding, I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual habits — including feeding times, walks, sleeping arrangements and any little things that help them feel settled. I know every dog is different, so I take the time to understand their personality and what makes them comfortable. If caring for your dog in your home, I’ll make sure they feel safe and relaxed in their familiar environment while keeping their routine as normal as possible. Whether they’re staying with me or I’m looking after them in their own home, my priority is always the same — making sure they feel loved, comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. 🐾

Hi, I am Aakanksha (and Akshay! 😊), proud parents to a 5-year-old Golden Retriever, RIO, who is basically a big bundle of energy, curiosity and cheekiness! 🐶 Having a high-energy dog myself, I know that every dog comes with their own little personality, habits and funny quirks. I’ve also looked after friends’ dogs over the years, from tiny pups to big breeds, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Having a large dog of my own means I’m confident handling bigger dogs too — whether it’s managing their excitement on walks, keeping them entertained, or just making sure they’re happy and comfortable. To me, dogs are babies, and I always treat them with love and care. I absolutely love spending time with dogs, whether that’s going on walks, playing, giving them attention, or simply keeping them company. I’m also happy to look after puppies and understand that they need a little extra patience, supervision and care while they’re learning and exploring the world. Rio has taught me that dogs aren’t just pets — they’re family. So when your furry friend is with me, I’ll treat them with the same love, patience and care that I’d want someone to give Rio. Expect plenty of walks, cuddles, playtime and maybe a few funny dog stories along the way! 🐾
