Hi, my name is Caroline. I live in south Dublin near to Terenure. I am a stay at home mother of 2 teenage girls and a 3yr old setter/poodle cross called Barley! We have a large enclosed garden (40m long) perfect for playing and throwing ball. There are also lots of large parks nearby, Bushy and Tymon park are where we usually go for walks. We all LOVE animals so if your dog stays with us they will be treated like one of the family! Before I became a mum I was a veterinary assistant for 3 years, then left when I had my daughters. I absolutely loved working with animals, in fact before we had Barley we had a cat called Flynn for 14 years. He was my foster fail, brought him home for the weekend and he stayed for 14 years until he passed away 💕 Your dog will be staying in our home, Barley usually sleeps on the sofa in the kitchen or sitting room. Your dog can snuggle up with him or choose their own spot, there are plenty of places to choose. As your pet will be staying in our home, he/she must be up to date with flea and worm treatments, vaccinations and must be neutered/spayed. I know from personal experience how hard it can be leaving your pet but rest assured they will be treated with so much love and care while they stay with us. I have worked with dogs and small animals on a daily basis for over three years at a veterinary practice and have an ideal home and garden so that your dog will be perfectly happy in every way.

My dog Jasper is just back from a stay with Caroline and I couldn’t recommend her enough. He was so well looked after and I received daily photos and updates of the fun he was having with Barley and his other new friends. She was very kind and easy to communicate from the moment we got in touch. Jasper was at ease for the moment he met Caroline and ran straight back into her house on his second visit. I genuinely could not recommend her enough. Thank you again Caroline 🥰🐶🐾

Our dog Fionn had the best few days staying with Caroline! He loves his new chasing buddy Barley ❤️ We couldn’t recommend Caroline enough, she was an absolute diamond and looked after Fionn so well! We were so lucky to have Caroline look after Fionn when we went away. As it is always difficult to leave our little man behind, we were so at ease knowing that he was being well looked after and treated with love and care! ❤️ We were so grateful for our many updates and check ins, it was amazing seeing how well he was getting on. Fionn had a lovely time playing with all his new friends in a fab environment, a lovely welcoming home and super garden for him to play in (the gorgeous weather too)😍 I would highly recommend Caroline for minding your dog. Absolutely lovely and welcoming, and Fionn was so happy and comfortable knowing he was being well looked after by Caroline and family! Thank you again, Fionn will be back for sure 🥰🐾
Juno was itching and whining to get out of the car as we pulled up, and literally jumped into Caroline’s arms when we opened the door and let her out - no better way to show how much she loves her stays with Caroline!
