This feels a bit like a dating profile... I hope your cat likes the sound of me! Hi, I’m Amy and I am regularly called “the cat lady” by friends and family. Thankfully they’ve not added “crazy” just yet. I have been fostering cats for a charity for 3yrs now, after my gorgeous girl Bombeii (a.k.a Bommie, seen in my profile picture) sadly passed away at 19yrs old from a chronic illness. I adopted her from a neighbour who emigrated and cared for and loved her through her twilight years. After she passed I decided to foster in her memory, helping cats and their owners in times of need. I used to look after my aunts’ cats as a child/teenager so have been around them since a young age and understand their language and behaviours.
