About: I’ve had animals since I was five and when I was 10, I started doing dog walking and dog sitting for friends and neighbors I also started taking care of my grandmother whenever I was 16 I must spend my week playing video game watching. I’m just hanging out around the house with my animals. Sometimes I will go out on the town to do something. I take them out for walks feed them and make sure they’re comfortable in their house. Also ask questions about the animal if I need to know anything.

About: I have had dogs in my house since before I could walk and currently have a puppy of my own, she is a French bulldog, Boston terrier mix. I have volunteered at different animal shelters in the Jackson and Starkville area, taking the dogs for walks and playing with them. I always look forward to taking care of all animals, whether they are new to me or not! :) I am currently studying and taking classes for nursing school, however, I am more than capable of waking up early and coming by to check in whenever I need to. Additionally, with enough notice I could schedule in visits with my daily plans I can easily leash up pets for daily walks and follow whatever instructions are given to me to ensure the safety of your pets. As a lifelong dog lover with lots of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes, I understand how important it is to find a trustworthy and caring place for your dog when you’re away. I have a friendly, playful Staffy dog of my own who LOVES to make new friends. He great with all types of dogs, and I’ll ensure your pup has a fun time playing, socializing, and getting plenty of exercise. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime in the yard, or cozy naps inside, your dog will feel right at home. I also have experience administering medication, so if your dog needs specific care or treatment, I can handle that with ease and make sure they get the attention they need. Your dog's routine, diet, and special needs will always be a top priority. My goal is to make their stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, while giving them lots of love and care. I also have base access so if you are just needing a drop-in visit I would be more than happy to do so! I am available all day every Sunday through Wednesday, offering plenty of time for walks, playtime, and snuggles. I’ll make sure your dog gets all the attention and care they need during their stay. Unfortunately I work 12 hour shifts Thursday-Saturday so I will not be available on those days. I have a dog to keep your dog entertained throughout their say! I can easily create your dog if necessary, and I have separate spaces/rooms if you prefer your pup to be separated! There are plenty of beds and toys and treats all that is needed for you do bring your own food.

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats my whole life, I am also experienced with farm animals (including large animals) and some exotics (specifically birds and rodents). I am currently working at an animal hospital and am applying for vet school soon. I am also a member of the American Kennel Club and have experience with animal behavior. I would love to take care of your pet! I am a student at Mississippi State and work Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. I do my best to keep my Rover calendar up to date. I am willing to accommodate to your animals needs. If they need to be leash walked at your home, or need someone to watch them in the yard I can do that. I am also experienced with many medications and know how to administer them. Your pets needs are my top priority.

About: I have been sitting on Rover for about four and a half years and for both dogs and cats of ALL ages, particularly high-energy puppies! I work at State full time Monday - Friday. I am able to be there full time on the weekends and can come home during lunch time for potty breaks. I would keep your home clean and leave exactly the way I entered it. I will make sure that food/objects are not within reach for curious pets.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. They are an absolute joy. Friends have trusted me to look after their pets many times, and their pets absolutely adore me just as much as I adore them. About: Hello! I have been a volunteer with the Humane Society since 2018 and have experience doing all sorts of things! I have overseen meet and greets with new owners, fed/watered dogs on a schedule, cleaned yards, walked dogs, watched over playtime in the yards with multiple dogs, dealt with puppies, trained puppies, handled senior dogs, and handled cats as well. I went through orientation and training in order to be in this position at the shelter, so I have a good understanding of animal behavior and treatment. I also have two dogs of my own back at home and have been around dogs my whole life. (I’m okay with snakes too, I’ve had one of my own). I have been a pet sitter for family friends as well and have been told that they love the way I care for their babies! I am an avid animal lover and plan to become a veterinary surgeon. I am currently at Mississippi State University in the pre-vet concentration of my animal and dairy sciences major! I am home from college for the summer, so my schedule is super open! I work part-time and shifts are only about 4 hours, so that leaves me plenty of time to give your pets the quality time that they deserve! My own dog is super active and she gets walked for an hour in the mornings, another shorter walk mid-day (weather permitting), and then another hour long walk in the evenings with plenty of play time in between! About: I work at Shaggy Hound where we treat your dogs just like our own. I take care of dogs from 3 months to 17 years old. I can administer medications and keep them on a regular schedule. About: Y'all, I have a broken ankle right now and am out of commission. I expect to be available again in September 2025. I'll update my calendar once I know! My dog Lucy and I love to play. We go for 30-minute walks (at least) every day, run around and play fetch in the backyard, and play tug of war with her toys throughout the day. We would love for your pet to join us! When I was little, I was the hired pet sitter in the neighborhood, plus I also had my own pets growing up. As an adult, I've had my own pets and have been hired to pet-sit for several friends' dogs and cats, both short- and long-term gigs, over the years. I have experience administering oral medication to both dogs and cats and some dog grooming experience (although grooming is not my passion, ha). Weekends are when I consistently have the most time to focus on your pet, but I sometimes have some availability on weekdays. Just ask and I'll see what I can do! We have a fenced-in backyard (tall wooden fence) that is the size of an additional lot. The yard has a few shade trees and is mostly open grass. We have several toys to play with, both in the backyard and inside, including a water sprinkler. Your dog will not be left unattended in my care unless I need to run an errand briefly and they are secured according to your instructions (crated, etc.) We have a large dog crate your dog can use if you'd like so you don't have to bring yours back and forth. There are several safe places to go for walks nearby with lots of grassy areas.

About: I trained my old and current dog and now she is ESA certified. She’s exceptionally well behaved and listens to commands very well. I spoil her with treats and play time and I would risk my life for her like I would for yours. I take my dog out 4-5 times a day to play or use the bathroom. I feed her twice a day and give her plenty of love and attention. From belly rubs to wrestling. I would treat any animal I sit like mine. I keep an eye on them 24/7. I watch them outside so they don’t eat anything that will make them sick. I don’t let them chew on anything that could be dangerous.

About: Your furry friend whether they be a couch potato or a friend filled with zoomies will get nothing less than all of my attention! Inside or outside your friend will get all the play fights and fetch they can handle, or we will sit inside and enjoy snuggles and tug of war. I’m typically available 9-5. Your furry friends will be under my watchful eye all day with plenty of time to play, or plenty of time for snuggles! There will be plenty of food and water, brushing, and best of all cuddles!! Your best friend will be entertained and well kept all while being under my watchful eye. Plenty of snuggles to go around!
