About: I've taken care of a wide variety of dogs, as well as have been involved in dog shows, AKC pedigree events, canine good citizen training, and am patient with dogs while being tolerant to their antics. I am pretty flexible as I can wake up early, take care over my lunch, and late at night as well as I stay up late. I am careful but easy going with pets. I follow details for feeding, hygiene, and medication if needed. I require a meet and greet before providing services, to ensure I can properly handle the needs of your pet, as well as your pet getting along with me -- as you never know who they may like or dislike -- and want to ensure safety and proper care is given. About: I have taken care of animals since I was 8 years old. It has always been a passion of mine. I would always walk the neighbors dog’s and my family always relied on me to take care of their animals . I absolutely love animals. I am a volunteer at the local Rescue Group. I also run a small business from home so never worry about your fur babies being alone. I have three dogs of my own so adding a few more to my daily routine makes it just a little more fun. I have a fully fenced in backyard. I have two of my own dogs to keep your animals active and playing. I do prefer the dog to be crated at night for their safety. I have an alarm system as well as outside video surveillance.

About: I have always had animals in my life including cats, dogs, rodents, and reptiles. I have experience with senior care, behavior issues, and special needs. I work a typical Monday thru Friday schedule. I can provide services before work, on my lunch hour, and after work. I am available most weekends! I will care for your pet in your home to your specifications (please note I will not use any shocking methods, choke collars, or any other controversial methods). I am timely and reliable.

About: I have a deep love and understanding of pets coming from a lifetime of pet ownership and a "pet family" background. Having rescues has taught me many things and provided me with experiences working with food aggressive, animal aggressive, malnourished, and unhealthy animals. My dog has recently gone through extensive leg surgery allowing me to learn how to rehab and work with disabled pets. As a pet owner, I know that pets are family and treat them as so. I own a large breed dog so am familiar with working with pets over 100 pounds. I am a teacher which demonstrated my patience and compassion, even in difficult situations. Just as a teacher creates a positive learning environment for children, a calm and supportive atmosphere is created for pets. This patience is important when working with pets, particularly those who are shy, anxious, or have behavioral quirks. I can following instructions and adapt to each pet's routine, ensuring a seamless experience for pets and owners. As a teacher, I am done working by 3 pm allowing for lots of playtime and walks after school. I enjoy getting up early as well. Currently, I am on summer break so I have lots of flexibility. When pet owners leave, I understand the importance of routine and consistency for dogs. I am very good at following directions and can easily adapt my schedule to meet the needs of your pet— whatever that may be!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10, now I’m 24. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I have 4 cats and 1 dog. At home before I moved out on my own I took care of our family animals which included pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, lizards , snakes, turtles!! I’ve always been very passionate about animals. About: I have been dog sitting for any years now. My family and friends trust me to walk, feed and let out here dogs. I love animals and this job is my dream job to work with them and get paid for it! I currently work a full-time job so that is why I need at last 2 weeks in advanced so I can talk off of work if you need me all day or for multiple days. About: Growing up, animals were always a big part of my life. I had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, turtles, and even birds, and caring for them quickly became second nature to me. I’ve always felt a deep connection with animals. I love their energy, their personalities, and the unconditional love they give. Over the years, I’ve learned that every animal is different. Each one has their own needs, their own comfort levels, and their own way of feeling safe and happy. I’m very aware and respectful of that, and I always take the time to understand and adapt to what each animal needs. I’m a naturally patient, calm, and caring person, and spending time with animals has always brought me a sense of peace and joy. Now, I’m excited to share that same love, awareness, and care through dog walking, giving pets a little extra happiness while their owners are away. Pet care is like any other day. I have a dog of my own, so daily walks and time spent outdoors are just part of my routine. I don’t stress about it and take it day by day, making sure to give each dog the time and attention they need. Whether it’s a quick walk or a longer adventure, I make sure they’re getting fresh air and some love along the way. At home, I make sure my pets are comfortable and happy whether it’s giving my dog plenty of playtime, keeping their space clean, or just hanging out. For walks, I make sure they are leashed and in a safe area as well as get the right amount of exercise. My home has high fences all around with two doors in the back and front so it’s ideal for my dogs to hang around on warm days. I provide water bowls for them as well. When it comes to caring for other people’s pets, I treat them like my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and comfortable, whether they’re at my house or theirs. I adapt to each pet’s needs, making sure they get the attention and care they deserve and ensuring I communicate any important information about their pets!

About: I am 23 years old and I currently work as a Youth Adviser at Bayview High School! I grew up around all sorts of animals such as, Dogs, Cats, Lizards, Snakes, Fish, Rabbits & a few more! I had all types of dogs my whole life from pit bulls to Pomeranians! I love being able to cater to dogs with their wants and needs! Life without animals can be very dull & sadly I currently don’t have any. My purpose in joining Rover is to get to spend some time with animals in the extra time I have! Recently my son and daughter-in-law flew me to New York City to take care of their one year-old goldendoodle while they went on a business trip.
