About: For as long as I can remember, I’ve been taking care of animals. Growing up I had, of course, dogs but also cats, rabbits, birds, and even a chinchilla! I moved to a farm as a teenager where I was kept busy taking care of livestock and training horses. Naturally I seeked out jobs with animals too. I’ve worked 1 year at a horse barn and then 2 years at a vet clinic. While working at an animal clinic I learned how to take care of every doggy personality whether it be high reactivity, shyness, dog-aggression, or high energy. I also, of course, learned a good bit about vet med too. I’ve also taken care of many types of cats friendly and sassy ones too! I know how stressful it is leaving a fur baby behind but I want pet owners to know I will give my absolute best care to each and every animal and keep you in the loop with paw-some photos! I'm usually close to house all day with frequent check ins. Within a every 4 hour period. I am easy going with animals. I may have to hug an pet to show support, may have to conversate with them, play tag, tug of war.

What’s even more impressive is that she found our camper at Smith Lake—not an easy place to locate. It’s in a remote RV park/marina that doesn’t really have a clear address, and somehow she still found it without needing to call for directions again. She’s clearly a great listener and super dependable. I truly couldn’t recommend anyone more to care for your fur babies. Makenzie is a gem and a total lifesaver!”

From personal pets(dogs, cats, fish, etc.) to looking after and caring for other’s pets. I have some experience in training dogs in basic commands. I used to help train/look after k-9 German Shepherds for my dad’s police department during my high school years. Im currently unemployed so my pet care availability will literally be any day and anytime you need a sitter, someone to check in on your babies, or someone to just take them on a walk and get some well needed exercise. I currently don’t offer care at my home but have no problem caring for your pet/pets at your home or any other location needed. I will have a list of available animal hospitals that are closest in need of an emergency if one was to arise. I would quickly but safely rush to the nearest hospital to get them the care they need before contacting the owner first. Emergency care comes first before notifying owners.

About: I have been taking care of all types of pets my entire life. I have experience working with senior cats and dogs that may need extra attention. During the school year I take care of pets on weekends and some holidays. During the summer I am available any time! (I’m a teacher) I have a German shepherd and 2 cats. They typically freely roam but the dog is crated when I am not home or at night.
