“Notre Théo a eu une journée très chargée remplie d'activités et de beaux moments - il fait dodo depuis son retour à la maison, il est crevé !!! Des hôtes très accueillants qui ont su bien gérer notre berger australien de 8 mois, surtout pour une première journée de garde. Nous avons passé une très belle journée sans avoir à ce soucier comment va Théo, nous le savions entre bonnes mains. Un gros merci Maurice et Penny et on garde vos coordonnées pas trop loin !”

“Our 6 year old GSD, Flynn, has been with Chad since he was 4 months old. Up until a few months ago in a doggie day care, and now spending 2 days a week with him in a more 1:1 setting. Chad's calm, nurturing demeanor and unwavering patience and consistency with our often anxious and always energetic guy makes such a huge different for our family. Flynn's 2 days a week with Chad mean that he is a calmer, happier, less anxious dog at home. All of this being said, I think the biggest recommendation that we could give would be that whether it was at day care drop off or Chad pulling into our driveway for a visit, Flynn can never get to Chad fast enough. For us- that says it all!”

About: I've been an animal lover and taken care of pets my whole life! Growing up, we had the sweetest yellow lab named Pete. Now, my partner and I adopt old pets and care for them during their retirement. I love animals and will care for your pets as if they were my own. ****** PLEASE NOTE ****** that we have two dogs (an elderly deaf pug named Alice, and a senior terrier mix named Edie) and one cat. Our pets are friendly towards other dogs, cats, and people who come to visit/ stay with us. Please let me know if you have any concerns about your pet staying with our pets, or if they don't have experience with cats. We can discuss and ensure it'll be a good mutual fit. I am an educator at the local elementary school, and offer pet care services to neighbors and visitors to the area. My availability is generally flexible on the weekends, and can extend into the week on a case-by-case basis. I generally offer 3-4 walks per day, including one longer adventure to mountain trails, or another nearby, dog friendly destination. I'm happy to bring your pup to any of their favorite spots (within reason). Of course, it goes without saying that pets are allowed on the furniture and more than welcome to snuggle in bed at night, also open to crating or any special care required.

About: Propriétaire de chiens et chats depuis plus de 30 ans, ma maison à la campagne est le lieu parfait pour héberger des toutous de toutes grandeurs ainsi que ceux avec des besoins particuliers. Mon vaste terrain clôturé est parfait pour les jeux et les besoins. J'ai accès aux sapinières dans les montagnes derrière la maison pour prendre des marches. Je prends seulement le-s chien-s d'une même famille à la fois, en autant qu'il-s s'entende-nt bien avec mon chat. Ils font partie de la maisonnée avec moi et ne sont pas en cage. J'ai très hâte de vous rencontrer ainsi que vos 4 pattes! Diane Je suis retraitée et ma dernière chienne est décédée de vieillesse en novembre 2023. Si je peux offrir à d'autres chiens les grands espaces et l'amour que j'ai à partager, alors nous ferons bon ménage! Le chien (ou les chiens d'une même famille) que je garde fait partie de ma famille qu'importe ses besoins spéciaux. Je suis disponible et ouverte à faire des traitements si nécessaire. J'ai toujours eu entre 2 et 4 chiens à moi en même temps avec mon minou.

On top of running a resting, Timber was able to socialize with a neighboring dog. We came back to a tired happy puppy and look forward to future visits with Donald.”

About: Thanks for stopping by! As a dog mom, I know how important it is for your dog to be safe and sound on someone else's watch! I will care for your pup just like my own (a spoiled good boy). Whether is just a quick walk or a long stay, they are in good hands, and will have a built in playmate! I have 5 years of house sitting and dog sitting experience with excellent references. My dog gets along with just about any dog, so don't hesitate to reach out! I work from home and love to get outside for breaks during the day! I am an avid walker/runner/hiker and am happy to take your pup or pups out with me on any of the above. When pups are outside, I always have a close eye on them and am happy to play with toys/balls/sticks - whatever makes them feel as comfortable as possible.

About: My schedule is flexible so I'm able to spend time throughout the day with your fur baby. I'm active and happy to play fetch for hours! I like to take puppers for multiple walks and give lots of love and pets. The clients I sit for like the fact they can contact me last minute and I'm generally able to adjust my schedule to be available. My schedule changes from week to week but feel free to contact me to double check my availability no matter the season! I like when clients leave me detailed instructions on what their pets normal schedules are, that way there's less stress put on myself and on your fur friend! I'm able to work from home most days of the week, this allows me to be available for all pet needs - morning, lunch time, and after work walks are a part of my daily schedule when we have a dog to take care of. Lots of mental stimulation and training exercises throughout the day to keep them out of trouble helps too! I have a 9 year old cat in the house that tends to keep to herself in the bedroom when there's a dog around. Our home is on 5 acres of land with a big yard to do lots of sniffing around. I'm also located right on the rail trail for longer walks and adventures!
