“Tamika is a phenomenal pet sitter. I was able to enjoy a family vacation knowing my dogs were in excellent hands! She sent plenty of pictures and updates. On the first night of their stay one of my dogs wouldn’t eat and Tamika was so sweet she sat next to her and helped her feel at ease until she ate. I’m so grateful for this level of care ! There was also a misunderstanding for pick up time , on my part. But Tamika was kind and patient and flexible with me. I truly appreciated it! “I needed a sitter last minute and my regular sitter was out of town. Janai was very accommodating at sitting up a meet and greet and took the time to introduce Mickey to all of her dogs one by one. Mickey is VERY skittish and scared of new people but meeting her dogs helped him relax some. I was nervous leaving him with a new sitter but Janai was very good at communicating and sending me pictures. She also added on bathing and nail trim to his services with my permission, so he was fresh and clean when I picked him up. Will definitely bring him back in the future!”

“This is our second time leaving our fur fam with Dontavius, but this time they boarded with Dontavius and his wife. I will say that the daily photo updates, open communication and the way they were able to accommodate us with our last minute request (within 5 days or less of the scheduled request) were really what kept me and my family at ease with how the dogs were doing. We were also happy to see that when we realized too late that caring for more than one dog on our trip was more than we could handle, our Rover superheroes were able to be so accommodating once again. As someone fairly new to the Augusta area, finding someone I could trust not just with my dog, but my parents' dogs as well, was a frustrating trial and error process. One final thing I should note, since Dontavius was just watching my parents' dogs this time, I definitely forgot to add the vitamins and allergy meds the dogs take into their Rover care itinerary. My parents packed them though, along with a hand written notez and everything went smoothly. This is all to say, Dontavius is very friendly, responsible and flexible no matter what may arise. So happy with each booking stay we have set up, that I hope he and his wife, who are wonderful, will be ok having us as permanent repeat clients!”

“Kimberly did an Awesome job keeping my boys and keeping me abreast of what was going on and how they were handling being with a sitter. I have high energy pups one being a yorkie poo 20-month-old and the other a multiple 10 months old. so happy to see that Kimberly and her family took very great care of my boys and made them feel at home even spoiled them a little with all the cuddles and the extra trickery that the boys put on them.
